The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

Bills have been outrageous especially when you live only on social security and have to drive 11-12 miles to pay the bill which uses gas which adds up. Our house is not a large 2 story. It's a single story. Over 2 $175 is bad and over $200 is horrible because it takes grocery and medication money away from us.
I was told previously that I did not qualify because I live in a double-wide manufactured home. I have been here since 2006 and an OG&E customer. I do not understand how my rating could change. I do not yet know what or where anything new would be located.
I know labor is covered by the government, but who pays for the solar panels, the wire, needed switching equipment, etc.?
I'd appreciate this information... Thank you!

Simple questions, nothing personal. Would have appreciated more information on the steps that need ro be taken. How much upheaval does having your roof removed cause. More information on the process and length of time for the work to be completed.
The salesperson was very polite and professional. The services was way too expensive. They seemed to be based on your yearly kilowatt usage. Not very realistic. If your average bil is $300 a month, that's what they are going to charge for your equipment. Not impressed about that. The only way it would work in my area is if my lightbulb was over $400 a month. Otherwise not worth it.
