The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

My energy source was not listed!
It is Harmon Electric Cooperative Because I have closed off two bedrooms and put up blackout curtains & my bill was over $300.00 last month& will be more next month! I keep my thermostat at 79*! I need new windows & more insulation in roof but can't afford that!
Could not locate who I pay my electric bill to, and I have been told by several people that the city of Enterprise, whom I pay my bill to does not allow people to get solar panels. I need to know is that true or can I get them here? So before I go any further with any of this email me and let me know If I am even able or allowed to have them on my home on Enterprise
Need information on solar panels before we decide if it's worth it and can we afford it

I do not like being pressured into giving my phone number. It should've been optional. Now I am not as positive towards the company.
Not giving me the quote as the ad says. Don't want robocalls, would rather have emails
I wanted to know if my zip qualified for the solar assist per the introductory site...Instead I got connected to a local installation company & still don't know if my zip qualifies for a gov't assist!, & likely will start getting unwanted phone calls...RDWh
It's not an experience yet. Awaiting calls or other to begin experience.
We have entergy,,our bill gets pretty high im alone here, husband in nursing home,I use the least elecits still high, for me on s/s.thankyou.
I expected an email because that's what was unifying advertising. And it also maybe Bochum would pick up the tab. All I received was an email telling me of phone calls which I have received several times a day for weeks. I want to see email with cost/payments and details. Not over the phone or with a visit. Don't have time for either.
