The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

I looked at this email because it offered a kick back for installing a system, but how does a quote help with how it's being offered? I don't understand yet
If this is really true, and you get solar panels for free to help reduce the cost of expensive power, it would be amazing and especially if we had to qualify😊
I -alway try to do what I can to keep my monthly bills as low as possible so life doesn't throw me any surprises.I'm 74and don't want to struggle anymore.
So far I haven't found out anything, they've just kept me on the phone trying to find me cheaper homeowners policy.
Got multiple responses back via email and phone, good customer service so far. Process still underway.
Typical bait and switch. You say answer few questions for quote; now you will be contacted by installer Forget it!
Good, interesting so far. I've been interested in getting an
estimate and evaluation of where the solar panels would be placed.
I already have solar how can I get the credit from the government?
Well so far it seems straightforward pretty easy not too much to deal with and can't wait to see if I qualify or and how it works
Easy painless.we have a contract with ohm from Chico,CA. It is very old they have done NOTHING as yet. I
Easy, clear, no hassle, would have liked a few pictures & an explanation. Maybe showing two options.
They have it together. This crew knows what is required to do. The job and it's the little things that makes it good..
Fax me the qoute to *******701.
I have a cement Spanish style roof so I need a freestanding solar on a pole
Excellent experience
Quite easy to follow the directions.
I expected a casual information without eager sales calls. I will block excessive irritation on email and cell phone.
I was promised an answer, if I was elgible for a no cost installation of solar panels on my home, authorized by Gov. DeWine. Instead they transfer me to another Solar installer)Prosper) which requested copies of my most recent electric bill and a lot of other personal data, they then requested a virtual meeting with my family. This is schuled for next week. I believe this is a bait and switch operation, designed to suck people in in order to sell their product.
This experience has been alright so far. Hopefully it will be a good fit and actually have no upfront cost like they claim
Is good and if they are going to help me out with the company that keep making a holl in my pocket Is still more better because I pay 500 monthly and they have never come and check the mirer. And the mirer keep saying that Ned's restart and keeps blinking 0000 and saying rest need. For like 8 or 10 months already and I cutting the ground off the mirer. And keeps saying the same they never going to show up but they keep sanding up the bill for 480 or 540 monthly.
If they call please between 10am to 4pm only so I can be aware of any call
This is probably a bunch off bull$#*!, but we'll see, and then if it is true, I'll apologize
