The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

No experience as of today. It is Fair to say that it's 1 am in the morning and it is to early to call.
This is one humdinger of a good thing. I'm just flabbergasted with all the beauty this will bring to life.
Still deciding but need to talk with a solar representative
Great if this works out to getting a free installation i will be so so happy
Nothing unusual to report. It was the name of company that I saw first
Well, you have my interest but haven't given me any meaningful information. I do not want endless phone calls or representatives coming to my home!
My Edison is way too high. I am a senior citizen, and some months
It has gotten over &300.
It's fine, I'm just sick of fling in the info over and over. I have been sick since November of 1923.
I was scammed by Tesla into a lease program and the salesman didn't explain that this was a lease program and didn't leave a copy of the contract. Didn't know this until I started to get emails stating that I now owe over $300 for my lease program.
Well, it seemed to be easy enough. Let's see how everything works out
I'm concerned that my location might not have enough hours of direct sunlight?
Very good and informative. Was curious to find out what your company would be charging.
Looks good.
The good ecological part is appealing.
Conserving my money output is also ok.
Having the sun capturing panels on the side of the property that the Sun travels by may be best.
Northern towards the west coast may work best. The Sun seems to set on the Ocean.
I will let the experts decide.
You say, "Just one more step and you'll see your results." Results, obviously, would be the quote(s). But, that's an empty promise, because all I get is a list of companies, not a quote anywhere. For the betrayal you really deserve a zero, but a one is the lowest I can give you, I suppose.
Too many things to go through. I don't like all the questions you have to go.
Not sure yet haven't had an opportunity to get a quote see what the incentives are how much the total cost is going to be and maintenance and upkeep supplied by the Solar Company
I really need the solar panel to stop the excruciating high energy bill I get every month
Excited knowing that your company will provide me with solar panels for my roof. Please lets get in touch soonest.
Experience with what service price? Contact solar vs domestic
I have solar panels on my roof and it is good in the summer months. My electric bill is high which puts me behind on my bills
Every solar I've contacted this far says they can't install because I have a mobile home on rented lot. I also have an 8x8 deck on front and a 10x10 deck on rear and either one can be modified to accommodate a solar set up. I've also asked about the new "ultra thin" solar panels and everyone says NO!my last hope!
