I live in a condominium, each building has 4 condos. I tried 2023 to get the board to let some solar companies come in and give advice on solar energy for our 400 condos.
The Board said they were not going to pursue this as the solar panels need to be replaced every 10 years and installation is way too costly, more than this community can afford
I was screamed at by the new president in front of the board that she was not interested in pursuing this any longer. I was never asked to present to the entire board. I still think it is worth listening to people experienced in this technology. With all the government no or low cost programs, would give us an idea if this would be a benefit. Climate change is the real reason for this technology. It just makes good sence.
