Good equipment terrible after sales service

I was happy with my solar water equipment until it produced so much calcium sulphate ( desert roses) it bunged up the outlet and stopped water coming through. The solution was to for me to buy a sonic water treatment unit at a cost of just over 400€, so far no more issues. I need to change the magnesium anode to protect the water tank from corrosion. I have tried to contact Max tree times via WhatsApp and twice via the contact tab on their web site, nothing! I have even phoned shops near his shop to see if he is still trading, is he? So I suggest you need to do your home work before you install from this company.
