We've been covered by Endurance warranties on 2 prior vehicles and just signed up for our third. The customer service and value of the plan are superior and the coverage is the best I've found out there. I highly recommend Endurance warranty coverage.
Good explanation of policy EXCEPT agent Failed to mention 1000 mile requirement, Only mentioned the 30 day waiting period. Opened account 9/5/24 but digital info received yesterday 9/17/3024. Looks like. I will cancel. It is not in the interest of the Consumer, only your company.
Was originally unimpressed with the start of my warranty experience but after speaking with Troy P, account manager, he completely changed my experience and exceeded my expectations with the company. He went into great detail about my policy in which I was unsure of originally. Made some suggestions and overall I didn't feel like just a customer. Before ending the call, made sure I understood and that all my questions was answered. Also, told me how to get in touch with him if I had any further questions or needed something explained pertaining my policy. That type of service is hard to come by these days and it was appreciated. He is definitely an asset to you all company and its customers.
I want to say I was so impressed with Elizabeth giving me a call back regarding my issue and concern; I really appreciate her for that.
I was robbed by endurance insurance. My car was at a dealership with a transmission issue. My claim was denied but they still wanted to take my money. Please people do not buy this insurance. Do your homework first
They are easy to work with but I have never had a covered repair and my latest one that was rejected was rejected for a really stupid reason. It is completely and entirely out of my control whether I bought the car when the problem appeared absolutely no one notified me of the issue or I wouldn't have bought it, being left with an engine that is killing itself when I have been nothing but loyal and pay a $135/m for nothing is really really distasteful.

Useless highway robbery! The moment I needed a large repair.My value of my car was how they were basing if they were going to help me or not.And never told me that never showed me that there's nothing written for that it's garbage.
I called today to update my automatic payment information and was helped quickly and efficiently by Paul. I was pleased with how quickly the payment changes were made

Endurance says you can take the car wherever you want. What they don't tell you is that they will only pay for cheap parts and cheap labor. Took my Jaguar to the dealer. The repair bill was around $3300.00. Endurance would only pay around $1200.00. If it weren't for a friend at the dealership, I would have had to pay the full difference. Luckily, he gave me a break on the parts cost, but I still paid over $1100.00 out of pocket. If you want an extended warranty, look elsewhere.
My experience has been nothing but good with the customer service agents in particular Destiny's today. I must say I recommend Endurance everyone in America. They honor their word, and don't tell you anything to get your business.

Endurance claims adjuster denied our claim after falsifying report made by independent inspector. He literally changed the report findings in order to deny the claim. That's fraud folks and you have no legal recourse.

I've only recently started my endurance warranty but I've spoken to multiple representatives and found all of them super knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I haven't had a claim to file but I feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is covered by their warranty and they make it easy to understand.

I called today to cancel my coverage and it took a good 15-20 minutes for someone to get me to the right department. After I got to that person, all she did was to try to convince me to transfer the coverage to another family member, and tried to make a better deal for my plan. Lastly I have fill out a form and have it notarized before they cancel my coverage.never again will I purchase from these people. I guess a didn't do my homework.
I called to cancel my policy as I recently was laid off. Chris (Agent/Manager) assisted me not only answering all of my questions but he was able to lower my payments with discounts so I didn't need to cancel the policy. Chris was extremely helpful and I appreciate him very much.
I submitted my first review of Endurance on April 25 describing my problem with trying to get my truck repaired. It is now 2 weeks and still no decision. Please look it up and see what I said. After I posted it I received a reply from Endurance customer service saying basically that they would help me anyway they can. Unfortunately their help is referring me to the claims department which keeps telling me that the claim is "under review". If there was a rating less than poor or one star they would get it from me. Ive received this same response from their customer service several times now: "Hello,
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your claim. In order to best assist you and verify claim details, please contact us by calling *******443.". This is really GREAT HELP as it is a generated message that they send when they get a request. My advice is to stay away from Endurance!
I would not recommend this Warranty service. I have covered full and majority of out of pocket cost on each of my claims. Worst decision I've made.

A bate and switch type company! I am surprised they are in business. BEWARE! RUN. They will pay $1000 0n a $4000 job. They will ask you to tear down motor and then won't pay for it. I will definitely report them to BBB
Endurance isn't worth the money I am paying. In 2022 The salesperson told me I would have the best 5-year extended Elite warranty BUT it turned out to be only for ONE year. I needed a key and remote replacement in 2024 but they denied me stating it was NOT COVERED after the first year. I am only writing because they DID NOT say anything about losing coverage in year.
Beware if you're thinking about paying Endurance because they are not as reliable as THEY claim to be.

Just avoid this company all together. It's hard to find companies that will warranty your vehicle that has integrity these days. Everyone wants to find a loophole or sell you a loophole while telling you they will cover everything. Beware of their sales tactics.

The adjusters never talk to the customer. they seem to be persuading uneducated mechanics on repairs advice. The adjusters will not talk to the customer, only the shop. although the denial makes no sense, I continue to speak to the worst customer service ever.

no products. I was not approved for any claim that I called for. The adjuster continue to find some type of loophole which really didn't make any sense but I just don't have time to fight it.
This all happened today, April 22,2024. I called the Customer direct line and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and dialed their contact number and was finally connected to Jason who said he could cancel this policy. After 10 minutes of him talking to me like I was stupid or a child I lost my temper with him. He repeated the same "salesman pitch of why I needed to keep this policy" I explained it was due to medical reasons and that we didn't want any extra expenses. It took me several times asking him to just cancel the policy and not be a salesman. I feel that this company does not train their staff very good and they are very unprofessional. I would not recommend Endurance to anyone.
I purchase a Warranty plan in good faith believing they would cover my repair cost as promised. When it came time to use it I was introduced to the small print of the contract. My claim was denied because the tires on my truck had been changed and the former owner had installed tires that were one size larger than the originals. They claim that altered the vehicle. Note that when I purchased the policy I never received a copy of the total contract.
The Ford Dealership told me the tire size had nothing to do with the mechanical problems the truck was having. This is a loop hole they have to deny claims.
The good news is that Congress passed a law called the " Magnuson- Moss Act" that covers this kind of deceptive practices. Look it up, you have rights and I intend to exercise those rights.
I have had the Advantage Plus plan on my 2009 Corvette for two years now and only used it one time to have my car towed to the dealer because the shift cable broke. The call went into Endurance and 30 minutes later the flat bed came and took me and the car to the dealership. There was no charge for the flatbed and the service representative was pleasant and extremely helpful. I also got the use the maintenance included in the policy for my oil changes and once for a battery replacement. Every time they pay the shop direct which saves me time and money. They also gave me the Elite Membership Bundle which covered the complete cost of a FOB that was lost. The shop I take my car to said they have dealt with Endurance for years and found they are Number 1 to work with. The warranty I got was 5 years/100,000 miles and was very reasonable for all the coverage it came with. I would highly recommend Endurance to anyone who whats the extended warranty service on their vehicle.
The price was excellent and the reviews were great at the time that's why I choose ENDURANCE. My disappointment is every time I needed a repair what I needed was never covered. I ended up giving an $80 donation for 2+ years with about $8000 out of pocket. All my repairs I paid out of pocket. Would love to resubmit all My repairs to see what could be paid.
Before the pandemic, I would have rated 5 stars. Now they barely rate 3-stars. There prices have almost doubled for membership and their quality of service has gone down, they find you cheap after-market prices and refuses to repair some items they used to repair. If you go in there with a high dollar car, they will replace your parts if the replace them at all with the cheapest prices they can find on the internet. This warranty company is not what they used to be, just think, I turned my whole family on to them, family, I am sorry. They find every reason or make up reasons not to replace a part on your car. Shaking my head. My insurance expired and I renewed within two weeks, and they are giving my repair shop indicating this is a brand-new policy of one month, this must be a pre-existing condition, so they didn't have to pay.
I have been a customer of Endurance for many, many years. This is my second vehicle covered under Endurance and I have never been let down. Whenever I have a problem with my vehicle they cover my vehicle and will check the car repair place if they are not following protocol when addressing my vehicle. I trust Endurance in having my back when handling my vehicle needs.
Endurance does not help you with repairs IF your car is too old but they advertise cars within 20 years are covered. My car is a 07 and they were going to barely help me with engine repairs only $725 on a $4200 engine bill. I thought that was the WHOLE purpose of a warranty to help with older and high mileage cars. Endurance told me the value of my car was not worth them helping me. Endurance tries to find every reason and loop hole to NOT try to help you. And they use a "third party company",to handle claims I had to talk to 2 or 3 different people each time I called.

Mr. James Thomas was what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is he went above and beyond to help me. He made sure I understood EVERY aspect of my plan, he even asked me to ask questions if I wasn't sure about ANYTHING. He took his time and was very courteous, kind and very patient with me. He didn't try to rush me through or force anything on me he let me weigh all my options and let me decide what I wanted to do. You should have Mr. JAMES THOMAS should be a leader to new employees so they can learn what customer service really means and some of the old ones also. On a scale from 1-10. I give him a 15+
