I bought a dress for an occasion and it arrived on time. The dress fit was amazing, sizing was exact, material was very good quality. I would definitely purchase again from them.
First and last time I will ever order from this website. It will take them 14 business days before they ship out the items purchased. With that being said, if you place an order make sure you order at least three weeks in advance and keep your fingers crossed that you will like the items and they fit because you will not be able to get a refund on your returns. Also, keep in mind that you have to pay for shipping on any returned items. Cute clothes, but not worth the hassle of dealing with horrible overall service.
I purchased several products from Emprada. Only needed to return one. I paid shipping to Return the dress. Unfortunately I've lost over a hundred dollars because I never recieved any refund or credit. Please be cautious of this company.
Or you'll lose your money.
Deal with a familiar company with a better return policy.

Very fast shipping. I received my dress in 1 day even though i ordered the dress with standard shipping to Canada. The dress fits like a glove the material is very high quality. I will be purchasing more from this site.
Buy a dress is fine but not kidding for the price they sell and the worst thing is that they say that if you are not satisfied with the quality 100% they return your money but only with a credit to change it for something else.

Got my gown today and I was to freakin happy with the quality and the fit, honestly i can't describe how amazing it is. It looks like i spent over a thousand dollars for it but i got it for a fraction of that price

They have high quality dresses and very fast shipping. Ordered on Monday and received the item on Wednesday with standard shipping.
This company does not provide a phone number to contact them. They sent me a defective product that I wasn't aware of until after I put it on then replied with a rude simple email about no refunds. This company does not stand behind their product and obviously is just after taking your money. I will be requesting a refund for fraud from my bank.

This was my first time to shop here and I was needed to get a dress for my birthday. I didn't have time as I needed it to arrive at the end of the week. I reached out to Customer service and they helped pick the correct size depending on my measurements and they also recommended the express shipping option. I received the dress in 2 days and it was perfect sizing and great quality and I got many compliments on my birthday.
Everything I get from this site is awesome. I really like shopping on the sale and clearance section because I can great deals and top quality clothing items at good pricing
I've recently decided to give Emprada a try and i was so impressed with the dresses that I've received. One of the dresses fit a little bigger but they've exchanged it for me with no issues at all!
So I was excited at first I found a site with great style and price. Then I received the item and I wear a M and I am 54 140lbs Latina girl and the dress was snug around my hip so it I sit down I make Tear the bottom. Anyway you cant call only email it takes them two day to get back to you and then I have to take it to the post office and and when they do it back to you they tell hey may not have that same item. Wow ok! Then who know how long before you get something back they need to work on there customer service really they lost me over not having quick return and echange policy.

I bought 4 dresses from them, only one of them fits and the quality of all 4 is terrible. There is either no return or exchange only. I spent over $450 for nothing. Can't believe it.
