The first manual their website provided was incorrect. Contacted customer service to resolve immediately. Contact with customer service was first initiated on 01/04/2021. A resolution wasn't provided until 01/10/2021 after numerous emails. Final solution was exactly what I was looking for. Customer service rep stated they were having system wide technical issues and that's what delayed their response times.

High quality manual for Audi A8 I got to admit. It was way too easy to follow the instructions given in the manual since they were accurate and easy to view and explained in detail. Definitely better online service by this site rather than contacting Audi directly, they have yet to respond or even resolve the issue. I will recommend them again.
