Elite Mover

Teh movers we had worked very hard, but we are missing a desk that of course cannot be found.
The first truck ran out of gas once we were all unpacked
The second truck broke down completely down the street of our new house and they had to tow it to my house to be unpacked. The guys were very nice but where is my desk, no one knows. I know it was taken down to be packed in the truck since I found items off the truck in my driveway. But it is like they dont care that it is missing.

Amazing experience. The IVL movers were very accommodating and did all we asked of them. They were very careful with all the things that had to be moved. They worked quickly and got done much soon than I expected. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them without any hesitation to my friends and relatives.

This company broke SO many of my items. I've had to throw away statues, they broke my curve tv so I can't use the controller anymore, plates, bowls, you name it. SO disappointed. I had everything boxed and labeled. They were supposed to send 3 guys (moved from a 3 bedroom) and only 2 showed up. They took 11 hours to move me 12 minutes away, get this, the truck filled up and they had to go back to get the rest of my property from my old apartment. I don't know why I would write "FRAGILE" on the boxes or "this way up" because they didn't read it anyway. Scary thing is, I haven't unpacked everything and I'm waiting to see what else I will have to buy and replace. Use "College Hunks", better experience believe me.

Just stay away
Scammers. If you want to support a Group that hires cheap labor and write up false reviews, then this is for u. I had to go through the ringer over $45! They are no good. Family members writes up their so called 5vstar service. Good Luck. Your mover probably won't even get payed. Stay away

Well, I chose them because they had high ratings and review, and I was not disappointed. The movers were thorough and swift - but not hasty. They were polite and handled my items with care. I was very pleased and would confidently recommend them to others!

I needed labor at the last minute to load a rental truck and called Elite Movers. They were very helpful from the first phone call. Communicated and coordinated with me on when they could fit me into their schedule. They arrived and quickly and efficiently loaded our truck. I couldn't be happier with their performance. And very very reasonable cost.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cancelled within 24 hours of our move. Did not give us a new date, just cancelled. We were told we would get our $1700 deposit back. After a month, they stated they were having issues reversing the charge and we should dispute the charge with our credit card company. Then they denied the dispute and our credit card company would not reverse. When I filed a complaint with BBB, their response was that I violated my contract by trying to reverse the charge on my card. I was told by 3 different people we would get a refund, and 2 different people instructed me to dispute the charge with the credit card company. No refund. No service. Not to mention the horrible situation it left us in with the last minute cancellation.

92 year old woman moves from Tampa to Kentucky. Elite was responsible for entire move - from packing her belongings to loading the truck - driving the belongings to Kentucky - unloading the truck and putting the furniture where it belongs.
From day 1 there were mistakes made. Manager was fired so what she said didn't matter and so on.
They arrived in Kentucky and unloaded the belongings. A wooden stand up mirror was broken, a painting frame was broke, a bathroom garbage can was broken as well as 2 custom frame pictures. The value was roughly $1000. 00. We sent quotes from Michaels, and photos showing what the items cost to replace. They authorized $27.60.
WHY? The state it is because of the insurance that we picked. Trying to explain that we weren't offered any other option was useless. EVERYTHING David (our customer rep) said was 100%
Untrue. He said "Kid gloves would be used, expert packing from beginning to end".
NO NO NO
They packed 3 framed pictures in one box with no bubble wrap. BTW, bubble wrap is on our contract.
They packed incorrectly yet do NOT stand by their work.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOT TRUST WORTHY.
On top of all this, I now get to tell a 92 year old lady that it was her fault for listening to Dave and not choosing a different option that David never offered her.
Hope none of their Mothers or Grandmothers ever have to deal with people like them.

On the day of pick up the team, led by Sandros, was top notch professional, consultative, detail oriented and absolutely effective. This was excellent service from a smart and hard-working team. I am still waiting for the final drop of my items to be delivered in this cross country move. However, every single interaction has been high level customer service and excellence. I appreciate this.
