This is my first time ordering from your company. I ordered 3 wigs, 2 not worn yet, but the Beshe bubble wig was disappointing as it was not as in the picture, the bang is cut at an angle and the wig that arrived has a straight bang which makes a lot of difference to the style I wanted. I suggest that if you don't have he item ordered do not send another one in its place before asking first. I m from the UK so I will not be returning it I will see if I can give it to someone else.
Everything was OK so far. First time buying from the site. Searching for certain styles was a little difficult but not too bad. Received order on time but one wig was not the same as on the site or packaging. Contacted them just a few hours ago. Have yet to hear back.
I don't have any negative thing to say about that site. My product was delivered on time. Customer service people is on point.

This my 1st time ordering from ElevateStyles. Shipping was very quick. Ordered on a Monday received my package on Thursday. I was bit nervous as my ordered stated ship but I never received my tracking number, called customer service and my surprised they advised my order has been delivered. My unit was just what I had expected. Will be ordering again.
Hair is very nice and came very quickly. Will definitely order again. It's silly and nice. Just sit it in hot water a little longer than what u would for regular hair. U can do minimal trimming since the hair is already stretched.
Not happy with the quality of the Buttercup wig I ordered. It looked nothing like the youtube sponsored post and no one has reached out to me to explain the discrepancy. The packaging photo featured on ElevateStyles website shows, "extra added volume" but the wig I received did not contain that statement on the packaging. I could tell that it was not as full as the sponsored youtube post.
So, reluctantly I have decided to return the wig and pay for shipping again along with having, "a minimum of 20%" of the price of the wig deducted from my refund. In the end this turned out to be a big waste of money.
I received the wig in about 5 business days from the date I ordered it.
To Simply put it my order was not correct, to rectify the issue customer service had me to take pictures of what I received and email them. The speedy response to the email was appreciated. Elevated Style ship the correct product with in 24 hrs and also sent a self-addressed envelope along with a gift tote.
I was quite upset to have received a card from the royal mail requesting that I pay a fee of £11.96. This was to cover incorrect postage fee and handling charges. I had to pay approximately £10 for shipping the least you could have done was to pay the correct postage fee,
Additionally customers should be advised that they are required to pay the royal mail for your handling charge,

I give it 4 stars only bc I wasn't able to get the quantity of packs that I needed. But overall 5 stars for pricing and fast shipping from New Jersey to Mississippi! This was my first time but surely will not be my last!
This is the FIRST and LAST time I will make a purchase from this business. I purchased a Beshe wig unit and I love their brands. So, to be told that just because the merchandise is defective or 'buyers remorse' was not a good reason to expect the company to pick up the cost of the return and refund the full purchase price without imposing a restocking fee is beyond 'good business' practices. I mean really... I received the unit and the front of the wig was frizzy and straight in sections and appeared to be warn or poorly packaged. Customer service blamed the supplier and could not offer any more than that. When I asked if they could at least pick up the cost of the return, I was told that it was there policy to go through the RAM process. Thank goodness I only ordered one unit. Stay away folks... as long as your order arrives in perfect condition you have no worries, but if there is a problem you could be left with a little less money in your pocket and a bad experience.
I ordered four packs of 3C hair and they sent 4C instead. I've emailed them twice, texted once, and called a bunch of times and they have yet to respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I'm going to inform the BBB about this company and start a blog about it. They need to stop ripping people off.
I love this unit, the Somi. Its really nice and natural looking. Highly recommend this unit to your collection. I will be get two other colors in this style. Shipping was fast. That will always make me a happy customer, and shopping at Elevate Styles.
I admit this was my first time shopping for a wig on line. Out of the three wigs I order. One wig was a keeper. One wasn't sewed correctly and the one I sent back cost about seven dollars to send back. I just learned that there is a restocking fee, which should have been disclosed more noticeable and not hidden under the customer service policy. However, since I am charged for three wigs. I will use my credit to get another wig that I paid for.

Extremely satisfied with this company! Was sent the wrong order but representative that I spoke with was SUPER friendly, and even offered to change the color for me. Shipment arrived within 3 days of reorder and they even sent me a return box for me to send the wrong hair to them. Hair looks and feels great! Will be buying from again.
Wonderful company that truly cares about their customers! I had a post office issue with my first purchase from ElevateSyles. Even though the error was not theirs, they helped me and was with me until the problem was resolved. I love them for that. They made me feel like a valued customer. I brought two wigs and one of the wigs was in a color that I have never worn before. Both wigs are very beautiful, complemented my skin tone, and natural looking. I am happy with my selections. I will be back in the near future to order more.
Personally I ordered from this site Atleast twice and I never had any issues. They even come with a free wig cap. I placed a order on friday and I received the package on that following monday. They are very fast compared to the other companies. Only complaint I have is I wish the website was a bit more user friendly it can be hard to navigate items, and they are always out of stock, but other than that I love this site!
I will be making more purchases from ES. This was my first purchase with ES. I've ordered from other sites because I wear units quite often. I'm mostly impressed with delivery. Haven't yet worn my unit but will be giving a review once I have. Thanks ES my new go to for units.

Answer: Hello Shay, When you receive your order make sure that you try the wig on with a wig cap and leave the tags and lace on it. Also make sure you know how to put the wig back with all the same packing materials that way you can return it if you don't like it. There are wig shampoos and wig conditioners out there that can help to maintain the wigs longevity. Happy shopping!

Commercial goods are assessed a tax when being imported into your country. We do not collect that on your behalf. You can dispute customs taxes with your local customs office if you feel that you were assessed too high a rate.
