I have experienced quick delivery and packages that are intact with products that are new and unused. I also like the website. Elevate Styles provides a more thorough description of each unit. I like knowing about the parting space: skin part, lace part (or no scalp parting). If they keep that kind of service going, I will remain a loyal customer.

I have been purchasing wigs from elevate styles for over four years, one major issues with your wig is that the wigs are So inconsistent, when you order a particular wig and like it, if you decide to Oder the same wig again, you are definitely going to get a poorly made wig, especially if the demand for that wig is high. My friends and I have experienced this problem over and over again, it is either the wig is so sparsely made or with a different texture all together. Please try and take care of this issue because it is very frustrating.
Before the site was updated, you can easily zoom in on wigs, it is impossible to do that now and the site is extremely slow, especially when using a table. Fix it please. Thank you.
Shipping was good... Hair is soft but a bit bushy (frizzy) installed. Next time i would but something on it b4 install like pink oil moisturizer to keep down on frizziness or just not separate the hair.
I placed my order on Friday and received it on Monday. Didnt expect to arrive that soon but was delighted. My new wig is a hit. Everyone has had so many compliments. Have even referred folks to your site to purchase their own
My order wass delivered very quickly which was great and the two wigs i bought were very affordable.
Though my wigs were synthetic and you can't expect too much out of synthetic wigs I was a little disappointed with how the inside of it was done. The main problem I had was the inside was made. There is a plastic like bands around the hairline that makes the plucking process difficult even with the plucked hair line is still looks very fake because of this Thin band.Other than that I got what I paid for
I reached out to paypal, they didn't withhold any money from u, I ordered on 21 I'm hopes of having it b4 thanksgiving no luck. Then when I reach out u state u shipped items and it takes 2 days, I still haven't received any items. I had to go to store on 11, 29, 16 purchase items at a higher price so my daughter graduation pictures wouldn't be ruined. I'm so very upset with the whole situation, and I think others should know just how you treat your customers.
I love ordering from elevate! Always delivered promptly and always great customer service and their prices are the best around. Made the mistake of ordering form another site recently because elevate was temporarily out of the style I wanted. I'm still waiting for my product that I paid 30$ more for. I should have just waited. I learned my lesson, only elevate from now on!
Disappointed because I still haven't received my order... can't even track it yet! I emailed customer service yeah there where nice but yet nothing is resolved read so many reviews saying that they received it in least than 4 days! Ehh not for me! So I guess I'm gonna have to wait and see when it decides to show up or when I can finally track my package but honestly it's jus very annoying!

I have ordered many things from this company. When you live in a small city where everything is of poor quality and overpriced, this store ElevateStyles is your new best friend. I only wish there was a bigger variety of products and products were restocked sooner... But hey cant complain about my bestfriend.
Order was on back order after they claimed it shipped 2 days before and blamed it on the systems fault instead of saying we lied basically. I don't like this company dishonesty plz do better. And usually who mess up will give customers a small discount of something to show they appreciate the customer and is sorry but they didn't.
If you spend a large sum on the product(s) with Elevate Styles, and need to make a return, I guess their policy is ok. I had not bought wigs online before so wasn't aware of the process, and have limited experience with wearing them. You would have to pay a 20% restocking fee unless you get a store credit. Also you pay shipping going and coming. For me would've been about $20 for a wig that only cost $18.98. Not worth returning. So I'm stuck with a product I don't like, nor return. Unless you have experience buying wigs. Buy local so you are completely sure about your purchase. On a positive note this hairpiece came within a reasonable time.
I didn't know what to expect as far as how fast I would receive my order, but I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery came within a couple days and the hair I ordered met my expectations. ElevateStyles may just be my new go-to site.

I purchased a 60$ wig Sensationel swiss lace frontal Rachel. It was supposed to be a human hair hybrid mix. The whole wig was cheap plastic that did not hold a curl and was very frizzy straight out the box. This was my first time trying this company will not order again. Also shipping took longer than other websites I have used.
I had a very good experience with ElevateStyles! This shipping was the best I had ever seen. I have ordered from other hair sites before but this one hands down is the best. I ordered on a Wednesday and received it by that Sat. They made sure that they kept up with emails following my order so that I knew when it arrived. The wig that I ordered was sold out at first, so I signed up for them to let me know when it was going to be available and they did just that. Prices are very reasonable.
