I love it! The curls are beautiful. Wig is amazing and it fits perfect, but it could've been a little more fuller in the back of the wig.
Disappointed because I still haven't received my order... can't even track it yet! I emailed customer service yeah there where nice but yet nothing is resolved read so many reviews saying that they received it in least than 4 days! Ehh not for me! So I guess I'm gonna have to wait and see when it decides to show up or when I can finally track my package but honestly it's jus very annoying!

I would give this review a 2 rating because they put the wrong hair in my package. I never had this problem before. Overall they ship fast and it was a guaranteed quality. I don't know if I would shop again. Please make sure you check the pack of hair before shipping it please.

The item I ordered was not in stock. The customer service representative informed me by emailed. I emailed them back and stated that if the product was not coming in by the given date I provided please provide me with a refund. I received a prompt refund.
I ordered the 3a Caribbean bundle and instead was sent the 4a. Since I was getting my hair done the next day I ended up just using the hair I was sent. Next time make sure you're sending the correct hair.
While the unit I ordered did arrive in a short period of time, the wig itself (not the post office packaging) was banged up pretty badly. I would feel the postal service was at fault had the exterior shipping packaging been banged up as well but it was not. The wig inside, I suspect was a return or a defective unit because the top of it was ratty and you can see a few tracks. I didn't bother to return it or to request a refund because the unit was already so inexpensive I didn't want to turn around and pay for return shipping or have a hassle with trying to get money back minus shipping. I merely counted it as a loss, tossed the unit, and made a mental choice not to utilize this website again.
As always Elevate Styles does not disappoint. The hair was perfect and shipping fast! This company will always be my goto for wigs.
