First off, my 2 wigs were absolutely beautiful. My hair is in crochet braids right now, but I know once I take them out I'll be in good shape. The shipping Was quick, and I didn't have to spend a million bucks for free shipping.
Bought a wig that looked nothing like the picture. Tried to return it and had nothing but trouble. They wanted me to pay return shipping and they also wanted to take a restocking fee. Why am I being penalized so harshly, or at all, for their false advertising.
Deeply disappointed and will not purchase from them again.
I'm honestly shocked that this Mike F from elevate style would outright lie about what transpired. There was never a conversation between me and Elevate styles. They flat out denied my request for a refund because I didn't follow the return process. For the record, these guys contacted me off line and offered a partial refund if I remove the "negative" review. The only way I'll stop sharing my experience us if I get a full refund. Sorry Elevate styles. You took my hard- earned $$$ and I'll keep sharing my experience till the end of time.
Still haven't had the pleasure of trying the wig on. On delivery they said there was nowhere safe to leave the package so it went back to the depot. Kim arranged another delivery date and waited in all day and yet nothing arrived. I am extremely disappointed and feel as though I may ask for my money back.
Company The worst... Item was left in front of my door while at work and stolen. Called company which doesn't try to even provide excellent customer Service. Called my bank had the charges for purchase reversed
The wrong order was sent to me originally. When I called them the kept giving me the run around about when the correct order would be shipped out. Needless to say after 5 phone calls and one email and 3 weeks later I received my correct order. I will never recommend anyone or order anything again from elevate style. Horrible experience. Very disappointing. First purchase and last.
This wig came in 3 days! Awesome shipping and the wig looks great. But the only thing i have a problem with is the wig is bigger than i expected so most likely i wont really wear it (my head is too small). I would recommend you order from here but do more research on the size of the unit you are ordering. Thanks!
The two young women who share their youtube videos (the one with the jet black color and the one with the purple color), must were sent something special or a different type of texture. I was expecting the same experience that they shared. The textures are completely different. You'll see the girl in the first video pull the hair on the unit as if the curl is really springy and bouncy, but that isn't the case. I'm not pleased with this unit at all, there is no body to it and it is too full.
I placed an order for multiple wigs. All were available. I get an email a week later saying one wig color was not in stock and I was offered a replacement color, which i accepted. It's about 2weeks now. Not one wig has been delivered, neither do I see tracking info to show its been shipped.
I know a lady who had a similar issue. She ended up getting paypal to refund her.
Another lady ordered 3 wigs. Charged for 3 but only 2 were delivered with no explanation. I WILL NOT be ordering from elevate styles again.
I made an order on the 25 November 2016 but I was not departed until 30th November 2015. While making my purchase I payed an extra £30+ for delivery which gave me a delivery date of 7 - 10 days.
I then emailed Elevate Styles on 6th December to ask when my delivery would come and they said it can take between 10 - 15 days. This should have been highlighted at POS.
Then this morning I received a postcard from Royal Mail saying that I had to pay an extra £19.46. This unacceptable.
I will be be recommending Elevate Styles to anyone and I doubt I would be buy anything else from them either
I wanted to refund my wig cause it too tight and it doesn't look the way I thought. But apparently there are all these requirements so I can refund my wig. This is my first time purchase and I sent an email to get something help and i'm still waiting for a response from customer service so I can figure out what to do with this wig.
This is my second purchase from this company, first time was great; but sadly I am very disappointed with the products this time around. The two (wigs) products bought were no where close to what was advertised. One of the product came to me with the package(box that contained the hair) already torn/ripped/damaged, so that was disappointing. Subsequently, I am returning them.
My new fave hair site. Great products, huge variety & very fast delivery. I encourage everyone to take a chance on this site and it's products. Even tho I came on here looking for a completely different faux loc that they were out of stock in, i ended up completely satisfied with another purchase. The prices will blow your mind too... say bye bye to aliexpress, Amazon & the rest of them.
I've never had a bad experience with Elevate styles... I always get my items quickly and they are always in perfect condition. They carry the Best styles at good affordable prices. It doesn't matter what unit you're looking for, I'm pretty sure they will have it. Will continue to shop here.
Liked my first lady lace wig soo much, I came back to purchase three more, including a fab fringe. Love the texture and colour, but giving a 4 coz they'll need some dedicated trimming and styling to suit my face. Loved how quick the delivery was.

I'm stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I ordered my products on Monday evening, and I received my products one week later. I can't express how happy you made me. Normally it takes 2-3 weeks to receive packages. I definitely will order from this company again
Elevate Styles has fantastic synthetic and human hair wigs in all shades of brunette. They have great videos on how to weave and braid your hair that I found really helpful. They offer over 50 different brands and they have free shipping if you spend $80 or more.
I ordered the hair on a Friday late morning and had it in my hand Monday afternoon, which was ahead of schedule and fast! I also appreciate their low, flat shipping rate, not always the very lowest but close. I have already placed an additional order and will continue to order from them as long as they continue the great service they have been. Great job ElevateStyles!

We offer exchanges and refunds as long as the item is brand-new in resalable condition. If you wanted an exchange we give full credit plus free shipping back to you, however for a refund we assess a 20% restocking Fee.
