Not happy with the quality of the Buttercup wig I ordered. It looked nothing like the youtube sponsored post and no one has reached out to me to explain the discrepancy. The packaging photo featured on ElevateStyles website shows, "extra added volume" but the wig I received did not contain that statement on the packaging. I could tell that it was not as full as the sponsored youtube post.
So, reluctantly I have decided to return the wig and pay for shipping again along with having, "a minimum of 20%" of the price of the wig deducted from my refund. In the end this turned out to be a big waste of money.
I received the wig in about 5 business days from the date I ordered it.
Have many wigs from Elevate, always have liked them love the prices. My last one I ordered wrong color, sent it back, Waiting on refund so I can order right color! In the meantime I have a different one on the way right now! Love having such a "girlfriend" collection. My hair "girlfriends" are my only variety and spice in my life!

This hair is a must buy! I was sooo excited when my package arrived! The entire experience was great, from the shipping to the packaging. I've only had this hair installed for a day and I've received many compliments! The only problem I've had with the hair, was the loop, other than that everything ran smoothly. After finally receiving the unit, I felt it was a real nice look. Only disappointed that there wasn't an option to order the unit in a designated cap size to accommodate different head sizes. After I tried on the unit, I realized the cap was too large. Still liked the style because unit looked very real & believable.
