Most of the women are actresses paid to make this work. Once you share with them your email or your telephone number, they totally change their behaviour and have no more interest toward you. Site managers are Liars,they promise to refund you if a woman show interest toward you but then she doesn't answer to your (paid) letters. Forget about that, they don't give back 1 cent. PHOTOS on womens profiles you see one medium size image want to see more or a bigger image upgrade._ this is seriously a big flaw in comparison to other sites... Often the first image of someone is not one which would attract but another on the profile may well be.
I have been a member of this site previously and find this "NEW" 2021 version an overpriced dinosaur.

This site is what it is. You be the judge of all that. However, they are a criminal organization when it comes to their billing practices.
It states on their website that to cancel you simply need to go to the settings page and click on the " cancel my account" link. Of course this link does not exist. There is a block of code that they keep commented out of the sites html that they can conveniently bring back when needed for legal reasons.
They make it impossible to cancel your account. It is criminal but then again so is the owner.
They bank on the assumption that most men will be too embarrassed to complain and just let their card be constantly charged for quarterly billings.
There is a red button to "delete your profile" there. But all that does is lock you out of your account, it does not stop the billing.
Do not give them your credit card info!
The only russian\ukraiinan dating site I will trust. There are large amounts of real girls on here who freely correspond with you, who often like to correspond outside the site, I have had one successful relationship through this site, and they have this communication policy if the girl does not respond after showing interest the give you a credit for that "expression of interest". The subscription packages are great! Wish all dating site had this style.

This is a totally fraudulent site. You can lose money quicker than at the poker table. They continue milking people for money with impunity. You see a lot of beautiful ladies there who are exceptionally and conventionally attractive. But all of them are paid models. Do not fall victim to this scam. All photos are stolen from Instagram accounts of models. Pretty much all profiles are fake. Avoid this site like plague!
Expensive and the site is filled with fake profiles. There just can't be that many "10s" on a dating site. I've had many scam attempts as well. I spun my wheels wading through all the fakes, scams, etc. and just got tired of it.

A women responded to me with a positive yes, she wants to communicate. So I sent a mail- this means I use one of my credits that let me communicate unlimited for 3 months, as often as I want no holds barred. Even share my personal contact details.
However after I sent a mail she did not respond so wasted my contact (about 2 bucks).
What surprised me was they automatically gave me back my credit after 30 days since she did not respond

I have evidence to show they are now paying ladies to be active participants on the website. Purely to mislead men into paying for subscriptions. Once they have joined they are then mysteriously silent. Admin reassures you that if they do not read the messages in a 30 day period the paid membership will be refunded. 'Coincidentally', this is of course read not long after the message to their help desk.

We do not have a support structure to service all countries and we limit the scope of our abilities for marketing, customer service and security capabilities to markets we can effectively operate in. Elena's Models used to be a good site, but in my experience they do not remove the profile of scammers even after they are reported with proof. I submitted evidence on Skype of a lady asking money for rent, but all they did was warn her. My conclusion is that they actually protect scammers these days.
Last week my account's password was changed for no reason and nobody bother to notify me either.
This week when I try to log into my account, it simply says "You have no permission to login. Please contact admin." I then contacted the customer service, and haven't receive any reply.
For your information, I haven't change the content of my profile, I never violate any of their rules, and there's absolutely no virus on my computer!
How can anybody trust a dating website/company like this?
I can only say that Elena Models is the only serious datingsite with Russian and Ukrainen women, all the rest is scam! Ofcourse Elena can have problems with scammers, but they do there best to stop them.

After wasting time and money on pay per letter type sites em was very refreshing. Unlike all the ppl sites you can exchange contact info whenever you wish. No site is perfect but if you want a hot slavic wife this is the site to use.
I do not agree with some of these bad reviews. Since I joined I have corresponded with many ladies and have met a few on Skype. I travel to Russia recently to meet one and I had a wonderful time. I also had cancelled my membership with no problems at one point when I was talking exclusively with just one lady. All sites will have people that are less than honest and also try to scam you. Elena's always reminds us to never send money to these ladies. They also will advise you if they have removed a profile of a lady who was not following the rules. I researched several sites before joining Elena's as they were the only one that had just a one time fee and no "pay per letter" This is a good site but you always must use common sense.
