Element Vape

So I checked multiple times for the items included in the product I was buying on the page. I bought the Geekvape Z200 mod, and in the list of contents it CLEARLY stated that it came with a Z tank and coils etc. To my surprise, when I received the item it was only the mod, with no Z tank or coils. After messaging them and providing proof, they refused to work with me and give me what was promised on their site when I bought the product even though they admitted being wrong, saying it wasn't false advertising. Just a mistake. I'm pretty sure that's false advertising either way. On the same product description I noticed other things that were clearly wrong, either these people are too incompetent to run a website or they are scamming people. Either way I would have to suggest buying from somewhere else.
