We had a single gift card so we got another and doubled up for wife and me. The office and rooms are very clean, very well decorated, lit and sounded. The staff was very professional and friendly. After a short checklist of our health and desires, we went into separate rooms. Kayla frequently asked regarding pressure and locations. She found and rectified all the trouble spots (that I didn't know I had until she located them). Wife had stone massage which she highly recommended to me for next time. I tried aromatherapy with eucalyptus. I left in a fantastic stupor, relaxed, cleansed and feeling great. Very nice job, Elements Massage!
Now, something has changed at Elements Massage in NEEDHAM. Is it because Jackie is no longer working there? I don't know, but what I do know is that the owner, Matt Simpson, tonite told me that the 5 sessions I have previously paid for and accrued, have been forfeited. That's right, forfeited! This because I'm no longer a member since they, on their own initiative, stopped charging my credit card - don't understand why, but they did - and, no member, alas, paid for services are cancelled, stolen, erased - what is not erased is the monthly fees I paid for those services. So, what do you think, is this a business you'd like to give your credit card number to?
Website is lacking, but inhouse service is excellent.
The website doesn't allow you to make appointments at one location, and when you do, it error messages you and times you out.
The overall design is user friendly, like the staff, just not as accomidating.
Not a professional work environment! Horrible management & ownerships. They are very unprofessional!
Thanks for your feedback. We've recently integrated our mobile-optimized site with our point-of-sale system to make it easier for people to request appointments at our studios from smartphones. Our web presence is an important part of how we interact with clients, and we'll continue to invest in ways to make it even more accommodating in the future.
