Kept up to date on my delivery by Electrobright when there was a delay by the manufacturer. Offered a refund if required. I chose to continue with my purchase and it arrived, well packaged, exactly when they said it would. First class customer service from Electrobright.

I was really happy to find a firm with the product I needed. However, my disappointment when they returned my payment as they clearly didn't have the product. I subsequently received two bulbs for a price two thirds of your asking price.

Great service. The light bulbs I ordered were delivered correctly, well packaged and a day or two ahead of schedule. Will certainly use Electrobright again and recommend to others. Well done all.

I placed an order for Eveready bulbs which, sadly, turned out to be unavailable. Tony kindly suggested an alternative which would not have been suitable. He offered an immediate refund which was much appreciated. I was very impressed with his advice and response and would not hesitate to recommend the company.
