Returned to site for additional order. Shipping price seemed high, for an $8 item, I paid $7 shipping, and delivery took 10 days.

Took 11 days from the time I ordered to the time the product actually shipped out. 11 days is unacceptable. They expedited shipping to 2 days once I had notified them that my order still hadn't shipped 11 days after I ordered it. The product was priced fine and is what I was looking for. But there is no way it should have taken 2 weeks for me to finally get it.

This company had the best price for the Lutron dimmer switch I purchased. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong color and had to return it. They promptly accepted the return (I paid return postage) and exchanged the switch. Very good customer service & communication. Don't forget to keep the original box and anything else that comes with it.

My experience went well

My experience went well. One issue I had is that I increased the quantities of the items in my cart on the checkout page. Everything showed the quantities I wanted, however, I forgot to his "update" and so when I received my invoice, the quantities had reverted to my initial numbers, even though the cart showed the new numbers. This is was corrected by customer service and everything went smoothly. I would suggest you update the checkout format so that you have a chance to correct the order before it finalizes the purchase.

I'm 85 and live alone

I'm 85 and live alone. Two of my four older (2002) smoke alarms failed recently. No replacements found locally. Found EBS on the internet and ordered four new units; Kidde with wiring adapter for use with Firex wiring (no wiring changes req'd). Ordered Mon, shipped same day, received Wed, installed, tested, and working by 4PM. A 5-star experience!

Ordered and received 2 Hubbell LED exterior fixtures. One worked perfectly, the other, half of the fixture flashed on and off 60% of the time. Called Hubbell directly, they would only send me the part to fix this issue if Electric Bargain stores opened a ticket. Called EBS and they would only issue a callback to them.
I explained the lights were already in use, they would not send a replacement before I sent the defective unit back, and I also requested a replacement for the unit I sent back ( I wanted a spare unit on hand in case this happened again). They said they could only refund the purchase price. And could not send a new one out, I had to repurchase through their website. I ended up purchasing a new unit, installed it, then sent back the defective one for credit (which was received). I also purchased a spare so we ended up paying 2 extra times for shipping. This all could have been solved if they would have opened the trouble ticket with Hubbell.

I purchased a Kidde smoke detector model P3010L on or about June 20 2020. This has a 10 yr. Sealed lithium battery. I installed this item in July 2020.After 3 weeks,it went off and there was no smoke in the house.It has gone off several times in the past month.Tuesday night it went off at 1:45 a m.This is unnacceptable and item is obviously defective. I called customer service and told them that i want a refund or a different model alarm. They said that they would call me back.They never did.Pathetic!

The under-the-counter lights we have were installed in 2005. Finding replacements for the Xenon lights was not easy. Fortunately, Electric Bargain Stores had them in stock and supplied them in a timely fashion... and I didn't have to pay and arm and leg for them. In fact, just to insure I have enough lights for future burnouts, I've gone back and ordered more.

The shipping was fast

The shipping was fast. No complaint there. The only reason I gave four star instead of five on "delivery time," is because the USPS service was used for delivery. USPS delivery service is bad and unreliable in my area. I was supposed to get the package delivered today. Instead I got the notice of "unable to deliver" orange slip in my mailbox. I have a gate, but the gate was open all day long. Now I have to either make a trip to the Post Office to pick it up myself, or make arrangement for redelivery.

Site works great

Site works great. I needed a 48-year old replacement lens for a recessed light.
I did not have any visible label on the light, so the the JUNO Lens PDF was important to review,
As a retired electrician some items are ready to buy anywhere, when your looking for a one of a kind of an item I did expect to pay somewhat more and I understand that there is a return handling fee if I needed to return the recessed light lens which has been pretty common in the industry, especially for a small order.

I thought the price here was fair.

I was happy to say the JUNO light lens fit great and I was happy not to have to return!

Shipment took four days after order which prompted a 1st contact with customer service. Delivery took a further 11 days which prompted a 2nd contact when delivery status did not move for 10 days. Priority delivery was a 2 day delivery. From order to delivery, 15 days was too long. I would not have purchased had this been the known outcome in advance. Time was important.

I placed an order for 4 T33-BL and the ordering process was very quick. Although it took over a week to receive an in stock item, i was a bit disappointed. Once i got my order, 3 out of the 4 had an issue. Two of the pieces were cracked and one of them did not work at all. I notified electric bargains in reference to my defective items. They sent me out 3 replacements, and when i opened the package all 3 of the replacement items are also cracked. The casings are cracked and i will not use them. I will

Products were correct when we received them and they were timely. There were 2 small screws missing which hold the plates in place to the switches. Screws were missing in 2 packages and packages were sealed. E mailed back to request they ship me 2 screws. These are very small screws flathead Philips. Plates went on very easily (except for shy screws) I probably will be ordering more as I get to changing them. They are very clean looking with no screws showing. Jim

The item I ordered was placed on back order several days after I ordered it. I was sent an email with the info and I did have an option to cancel but the email also stated the item would be in stock in 7-9 business days. I choose not to cancel the order. I emailed on the 9th business day which was a Friday for an update since no update had been sent to me. I was told it would be sent out on that following Monday. I got an email on that following wed that's order had been shipped. Good product but unreliable delivery time.

Everything was great for the order, one exception, had ordered the quick adapters for the wiring that was told I needed from the website, didn't need the adapters at all, now I had to send them back for a refund less the postage in mailing it back! If an individual needs a replacement for a Firex 1218 with a Firex i4618 an adapter is NOT needed. Other than that, the installation was quick and easy, took 15 mins to replace two detectors.

I was concerned about an experiration date of the items I purchased. I was assured that the clock didn't start until the alarm was powered up. The manufacturer stated that the expiration is based on manufacturing date. I effectively just lost 6 mos. The worst part was bringing to Electric Bargains attention the rep was very indifferent.

The pendent lights I ordered were custom and I was told this at the start that it would take up to 12 days to fabricate them. It took a little longer than that, and that was disappointing, but the lights are perfect now that they are here and installed.
