I had a very bad experience with Ela Rummy. Do not waste your time here as you will definitely regret it. All my friends have cautioned me about this website, but their same-day withdraw got me attracted to Ela Rummy. I registered with them and started playing online immediately. Out of the many games I played, I won a few and earned Rs. 1000 approximately. I requested for a withdrawal and no cash was credited the next day. When I enquired about it, they provided no immediate assistance and instead requested me to be on hold. I was kept on hold on the phone for a good 10 minutes and the line was disconnected. I called back thrice but no one replied. I am disheartened by such a poor service and getting cheated like this has hit my confidence considerably. I humbly request the Ela Rummy authorities to please look into this matter immediately.
