DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I received 2 incorrect items, and was missing another item. My order arrived covered in oil and disgusting. I have called multiple times, but the number doesn't work. I have sent 4 emails, and have gotten no response. What a ripoff!
I ordered $113 dollars worth of products on the 7th, its now the 16th. I have sent 3 emails and called their bogus number MULTIPLE times to ask for tracking info. I cant even leave a message bc the inbox is full! And not to mention no one has ever answered it during "business hours". I have received no shipping info, no updates, nada since the confirmation email! I assumed they were a good company because they were one of the first sites to pop up on google when i searched for vape juice, but that couldnt be further from the truth! I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they can only do so much. Does anyone have ANY advice on how to help me get my money back when i cant even get ahold of anyone from this company?!? Also they have had 88 complaints through the BBB in the past 3 years, and almost all for taking customers money and never shipping the items or refunding their money! ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH! And if you do get ripped off, FILE A COMPLAINT! Do not let "companies" get away with this sort of thing!
