They called my wife when she was out for an hour. They were rude and said they'd waited there for five minutes and would leave, then hung up on her. When I got home, I asked her about the delivery, so I called the number that called her again. By now, I was irritated by the extremely rude and unprofessional manner of the man who reacted like a complete idiot, saying that if I wanted to complain, then I should call Eflorist. However, you don't have any quick response line (at least I looked all over the website and couldn't find one). Now my wife's birthday has passed, she hasn't received the gift, and I have no idea if they'll deliver again, because the DPD link on the website isn't the real one; when I enter the delivery number, it says there was no delivery.

Avoid. You'll be disappointed. Flowers delivered are nothing what they looked like on their website. Much smaller bouquet vaguely resembling the original.

Can't understand why these are still in business. Received 2 bouquets from this company. The scabbiest bouquets ever received. Never ever use this company. Best to use local florists near where the recipients live.

I regularly send flower arrangements to friends and family. So recently I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance as he was unwell, and I expected a beautiful arrangement. However, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The size was significantly smaller than anticipated, the quality was subpar, one of the flowers had wilted, it was filled with filler leaves and the overall presentation lacked the finesse that you typically see from a florist. I am very upset with the underwhelming bouquet that he received, despite having paid a significant amount of money for it with additional costs to make it larger. I would have been better off picking up more impressive flowers from lidl. I was embarrassed when he showed me pictures. After my initial complaint they sent me back the delivery fees. A couple of days later after reviewing the pictures of the bouquet I sent as part of my complaint, they shockingly dismissed my whole claim. This reflects on their low standards. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and I will never be purchasing from E-florist again. I would never recommend their bouquets to anyone.

Ordered flowers for a sick relative and Teleflorist had no problem charging me 40 euros but never delivered the flowers. I finally gave up and went with a local shop. Teleflorist finally issued a refund when I threatened to request a chargeback from my credit card company
