I was told the flowers would be delivered on the 1st for my wife's birthday, still haven't turned up.

Unfortunately I wish I had read reviews before ordering but I trusted what I saw on the website next day delivery flowers, perfect for my friends 40th birthday. I checked the delivery info, checked the date on payment screen and checked my receipt delivery date all there. The flowers were then not delivered so I emailed and explained they needed delivering on the date as my friend was away and would be leaving her holiday the day after delivery so the flowers would not be received. I got an automated response very unhelpful I explained as per terms and conditions I would like to cancel due to no delivery and again got an automated response after many auto responses I then got a response saying they couldn't cancel as item out for delivery but then couldn't give me the delivery details! I explained again the flowers were going to an address with no recipient after they failed to deliver on original delivery date again with the response of item out for delivery. The flowers have still not be delivered and I am £22 out of pocket. If you choose to use this company please be wary their customer service is shocking and they don't follow their own terms and conditions.

The flowers which were delivered did not seem very healthy, which I was very disappointed,
I had them delivered last year as well, which were so nice and healthy.

ORDERED FLOWERS AND HAMPER ON THE 6TH OF DECEMBER FOR 22ND DECEMBER AND WE TOLD THEM WITHIN TEN HOURS THAT THE DATE FOR THE FLOWERS WAS WRONG AND WAS DIFFERENT TO THE HAMPER AS IT SAID THE 13TH" IT SAYS YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR ORDER/DATE IF YOU GIVE THEM PLENTY OF (NOTICE) WHICH WE DID, WE EMAILED THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT NOTHING HAPPENED AND AFTER ALL THAT THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY THE 15TH VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WOULD NEVER USED THEM AGAIN.
