I ordered three different sets of flowersto be delivered and they all arrived lovely and fresh. The recipients -My mum, My daughters mother in law and her Grandmother in law all loved them.
I wanted to get my wife some nice flowers for valentines day so went online to order from my LOCAL florist. Tapped in the local florists name and thanks to this companies misleading metatags/keywords of using my local companies name I ordered from them thinking they was working on behalf of my local (see photo). I spent £35 with them as I am familiar with my local florists quality and value for money and knew that these flowers was going to be lovely for this price... Sunday came, I got an email from yodel to tell me they had my parcel. I instantly smelt a rat so checked and the penny dropped. My wife works in retail, a few doors away from the florist I wanted to order from and they know when to deliver ie opening times. Yodel stated 1732hrs delivery, they came at around 1830hrs and taken to another address. I had to go get them myself, pointless. Anyway got them home and gave them to my wife and she opened them, her reaction was oh dear, it was pathetic, plastic vase, snapped stems, squashed flowers, petals missing, it was no way worth £35. I went to asda the day before and bought £5 worth of flowers and they matched the quality and got better value for money.
I will never recommend this company. Buy local.
A birthday celebration and Get Well bouquet combined, the lovely gift was delivered within hours of ordering and really lifted the spirits of the recipient. Bravo for service and efficiency!

Same day delivery was not as promised. They did not communicate until I complained. Missed out of competitors same day offers because of delayed responses. Poor communication and poor service.
Ordered some flowers for a friends daughter - super easy to order and absolutely beautiful flowers. She loved them and so did I - will order some for myself next time :)
Just had a photo of the flowers... they look cheap... I feel a bit embarrassed to have sent them... I have used this service before but never seen the flowers...

Paid for the large and really would have got a nicer bunch at Tesco for 15 quid

Lovely flowers delivered on time. I ordered some for my daughter to be delivered the next day. I ordered the pink lady bouquet with the free chocolates (although the box of chocolates is very small)
Beautiful flowers, but delivery driver left the flowers in the porch without letting the elderly lady know, when she was actually in, we had to ring her and tell her to go and check outside

I ordered these flowers as a birthday present for a friend. They were delivered to a safe place on time for her to arrive home to. She said the were beautiful flowers. A real pop of colour.
Arrived on time and on the right day. No issue with delivery. The condition of the flowers where battered and bruised, with squashed and sad looking roses. Wasn't very happy at all.
On your website, is so lovely and colourful. It's so hard to pick a Bouquet of flowers they are colourful and pretty it's a great idea to have free chocolates has well.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
