I ordered a bouquet for my friends 50th wedding anniversary. They arrived on time but were dead. I paid over £25 for dead flowers. No help from customer service. Disgraceful

Very disappointed when I received a photo of the flowers I sent my friend today
The flowers I ordered on the website look beautiful so that's why I ordered them
However when the flowers arrived I was disappointed to see the photo of the flowers they didn't look nothing like the photo on the website

I was well informed about delivery. Delivery driver was a bit rude about finding the place. Vase was broken on delivery. Maybe he was having a bad day.
My birthday friend was delighted with the Flowers.
Sadly the free chocolates were missing.
I might add I had personally received flowers and chocolates in the week and was delighted with both.
My experience with E florist was amazing, because it's flowers made my dearest auntie very happy, it was a nice surprise to her after long time that I was not contacted her

My mum wasn't in when these were delivered. The box was left on the doorstep in the pouring rain all smashed and crushed. The flowers are broken and I won't be using you again
We received different and low quality flowers. We expected higher quality and better arrangement. Unfortunately the product quality doesn't match the price we paid.
I order a red roses bouquet for a birthday and this one arrived on time and with beautiful ones. Delivery arrived on time and it was a beautiful surprise.

The Yodel driver has sent me a message to say the parcel was left at the doorstep of Flat3 22Arran Road Catford SE6 2NL at 17.12 today, but there are no flowers left there. Miss Clare Gayle has been in her flat all day today. I have asked her to go to her doorstep to check. Nobody rang her doorbell. There was no parcel at the door step of 22Arran Road, Catford London SE6 2NL. Why were they left at the door step when she was in the flat all day today? I am not happy about the no delivery process.

I have ordered several items from eflorist since the pandemic began. They have all been quite different, but the same high standard has always been maintained.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
