Sorry about the rating; these people don't deserve the one star. Although I have read several good reviews obviously these people have not had to deal with customer service. Learned my lesson. Followed instructions for return to the "T" and what did I get. "Nothing". And I mean nothing. Been forty working days, yep that's about two months and still nothing. Each phone call makes me think it's a government operation. Trying to work through my credit card company now. Since I've had my problems I seem to be finding all kinds of negative comments; can't believe I missed them. Feel like an idiot.

Sorry about the rating; these people don't deserve the one star. Although I have read several good reviews obviously these people have not had to deal with customer service. Learned my lesson. Followed instructions for return to the "T" and what did I get. "Nothing". And I mean nothing. Been forty working days, yep that's about two months and still nothing. Each phone call makes me think it's a government operation. Trying to work through my credit card company now. Since I've had my problems I seem to be finding all kinds of negative comments; can't believe I missed them. Feel like an idiot.

No problems whatsoever. Ordered, payed and delivered in just a few days. Wish they had more stuff besides fixtures. I needed a cordless drill and had to pick that up locally. Maybe expand assortment to compete with HomeDepot. Very satisfied though.

This company does not give credit for returned merchandise. I sent returns with a company authorization, via FEDEX--30 days later no credit. Follow-up only yielded more delays. I seem to be out $350.00. Interstate fraud.

I wish I had found this review site earlier, darn it! I purchased a replacement hose for a handheld shower. The picture and color on the web site do not match what I received. In fact, they are not even close. I've been told I can return it for a restocking fee. The customer service is horrible. Don't bother buying anything from them. There are plenty of other places with better customer service and policies.

Do not do business, whatever you try to avoid this company.
This company is a fraud. They don't return your money and
Charge huge restocking fees. You and me will be in the same
Boat in you are about to do business with them. I got ripped
For over 500.00 U.S. bucks. Scam artists.

Ordered a part, came on time. I returned the item because my customer decided on something different. I sent the part back for a refund, Oct. 16,2014. It is now Dec. 29,2014. No refund yet. I have called customer service a total of 4 times. My wait today is so far, 40 minutes. Long waits and no help. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Same experience as others. Wish I'd done more homework before ordering from them! I ordered an American Standard tub and they told me it would ship within two weeks. It has been 5 weeks and still no tub. I don't blame American Standard -- it was efaucets rep that told me it would ship within two weeks. I'm scared that if it does ever arrive it will be wrong/damaged/whatever and I won't get any help from efaucets. Of course, they already have my money. Buyer beware!

Purchased a toilet tissue holder in polished nickel, when packaged arrived the color did not match the polished nickel bathroom accessories in our bathroom. The colored looked more like chrome than nickel. I had to call 4 times in order to request them to reply to my email request to return the item. The girl who answers the phone is a babbler mouth and kept talking very loud over me, no Manager was present to complain to on her rude behavior. I had to wait an entire week before I received the required "return approval number" via email. They do not tell you that they will charge you an 15% Restock Fee for all items that are returned in addition to having to pay the return carrier charge. It will cost me more to send the item back to them with all of their stupid return rules. Very cheap customer service! I was surprised that Amazon.com carries this vendor on their website. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not buy anything from this company. Customer service is terrible, long wait times to speak with a rep. And then nothing but a runaround. I have been trying to get a refund on two items which were canceled and never shipped. It has taken a dozen calls and still no refund.

I ordered a sink from eFaucets.com. EFaucets claimed this item to be in stock. 7- 10 days for delivery. Stated right on the website. Waited 22 days... no delivery. Called eFaucets customer 'support'. Not only was it NOT in stock, it was going to be nearly TWO MONTHS for manufacture... then and additional 7-10 days beyond that for delivery. Nearly 70 days for an item they claim to have in stock. Furthermore - they removed the money for the item they do not have in stock from my account in a couple of days - yet it will take TWO WEEKS to return it. I will NEVER use this useless site again and recommend that those considering a purchase here to look elsewhere first. I will be posting this warning on all my commerce accounts.

I too ordered a faucet from efaucets only to receive a defective spout. Since my husband had already removed our old faucet, I requested a return authorization number from them and ordered a new faucet with overnight shipping. When I discovered that the faucet was back ordered and I would not receive for two weeks, I cancelled that order and bought the faucet from another vendor. Getting an RA# to return one faucet and two refunds became a full time job. The customer service people are unfailingly polite, seemingly eager to help, and consistently do nothing. I tried calls, email, but with no response even when they promised that they would personally take care of it and call me back. Finally, I opened a dispute against them with Paypal who refunded my money the next day. You have to get Pfaypal or your credit card company involved and document everything. This is the most unscrupulous company I have ever encountered. No stars!

What a scam! Return policy is draconian and buried in the policy form. Could not get customer service rep and when finally went through a recording said "Goodbye" and line went dead. No response to complaint form or email, and finally customer service line had a live person answer. Since the return of item was not related to damage (the $1600 faucet ordered was not compatible with the style of our new sink) they absolutely refused to issue return or any refund. No exceptions and their suggestion was to "You will just have to sell it on Craigslist or something."

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never written an online review before but feel compelled to warn other consumers out there. I ordered a bathroom sink from them 3 months ago. When it arrived we realized it was not going to fit and I called up to make an exchange. They told me to order the new sink and return the old one. We did order the new one but I have now been trying to return the old one for over 2 months. I am sending it via FedEx for the 3rd time today as each previous time it was refused on delivery. They have told me it is my fault or FedEx's fault and refuse to refund me any of the $150 I have spent on delivery charges even though I followed all of their return instructions perfectly. Fingers crossed it wil be accepted this time but I'm not holding my breath. I will never order anything from them again, their customer service is appalling.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering $1.500 worth of fixtures. First they gave me false information about stock status, claiming that everything was in stock. After the order was placed they notified me that part of it was back-ordered. After receiving the order I decided to exchange the faucets for identical items in a different finish. I was charged a 15% restocking fee, and adding insult to injury it took five weeks and several phone calls after they received the returns to get a refund. There are many other online vendors with the same prices and MUCH better policies and customer service.

Do it self a favor and stay away. If you receive something damaged from they you just purchased a piece of junk bc they won't take it back and give you the run around for months and keep u on hold for hours and in the end ur stuck with a damaged product and you will be out what ever u spent on it, if I could give them 0 out of 5 I would

Their customer service sucks. Sales answers at all hours but customer service is limited. They say it is because they need to coordinate with the warehouse. That is B. S. All they need to do is to send a return authorization. They are liars right there. And forget about the online chat. That is hopeless, long wait and idiots working it.

Their return policy sucks. I ordered two items and tried to return one. They want me to pay the freight back, and a 15% restocking fee! The price was not lower than others to begin with. Everybody sells Kohler products for the same price. Buy it somewhere else. I want to buy about $250 more of Kohler products but that will be from another vendor now.

I ordered several faucets and valves from eFaucets and one arrived missing 5 parts that are needed to attach the hand shower. I have live chatted, emailed and called and nothing. Big fat nothing, no answer no parts. I am going to have to buy another $211 valve to get the parts I need. The $20 or $30 dollars you might save buying from these guys goes away real quick when something goes wrong because they do not stand behind their product. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere almost anywhere else.

Absolute WORST I've ever dealt with. Firstly they charged me for the entire order before being able to ship. Next, after receiving part of the order they email and tell me the other part will not be coming... even though it's all a set. That was over a week ago and I am STILL waiting for the refund for that part... that was never sent.
I call to try and return the other half and they try to tell me they will charge me shipping and a restock fee! I argue my case as ZERO of this debacle is my fault. They then say someone will email me with a shipping return once it's been cleared.
They happily take all your money and make it RIDICULOUSLY difficult to get it back.
Shop elsewhere.
They still have all my money and still have not emailed return label.

This company sent me a damaged sink 4 months ago, I have been trying to return it and get a refund and the best the did for me was give me 1/3 of the purchase price. So I have a $1,000 sink that I can't use and they still have $670 of my money. Stay away. They are crooks

I have to say this is my first review online. I was so unhappy with this company I had to write about it. My first order went over just fine. After it was delivered I realized I'd ordered the wrong finish, so I needed to exchange it. Or really I had to buy a new faucet. Which they immediately charged the new order to my card. Then I had to wait almost a month and a half for the return to happen. It actually would of gone on longer, but I had to keep calling and emailing them, towards the end, every day. And even with the delay they charged a restocking fee. I will never or suggest to anyone to buy from this company. There are many, many other places to buy these products. Shop there. Not here.

No stars for this buffoon company. Keep telling me items in stock, and shipping, never shipped. After EIGHT weeks of each week promising they will ship I threatened them with BBB if they did not give me a tracking no. For my $600 plus items. Gave me a tracking no, but the items didn't arrive but another toilet they had already replaced that arrived broken did! Now they have to get the darn thing picked up. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing in this company. Ha, now I am waiting for return of money after cancelling. They are relying on a third party to supply them, and the third party is lame. Do not, buy from this company. Customer service take 30mins plus to answer the darn phone and will not be truthful in regards to what the problem is. Michael Fox COO... take note with all these complaints and the masses already with the BBB, you need to shake yourself up and into the modern day or your company will be down the toilet soon.

I ordered an expensive plumbing part from Efaucets.com and quickly realized I made a mistake. I sent an email literally five minutes later asking them to cancel. They sent the item anyway claiming that I can only cancel an item by phone! Now they want to charge me a 15% "restocking fee" PLUS shipping to return an item that is still in the box. I will never buy anything from them again. Clearly their policies are designed to scam people. They make money by charging people 15% to return items that were immediately canceled. Once you push the button you own the item. What a joke!

Do NOT order from efaucets. They have terrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews of this company before placing an order with them. I ordered a vanity with top and sink, according to their site item should come fully assembled. So, I received my order one day later that they promise, but it wasn't a problem. I received separated vanity cabinet and top. No sink. When I called to asked where is my fully assembled vanity, I got answer that sink was missing. I request to return item. I was waiting almost month to get some answer and information about sending item back, every time when I called no one wasn't able to help me. Finally item was returned after month, but now I have to wait another month to get my refund. Because they need around 3 weeks to check item, even when item was arrived to them one week ago. So, still waiting, hope I will get a full refund.
If I could give them a zero I would. I would never order anything from this company again.

I've ordered numerous times from eFaucets and have had great experience each time. However, this last time I have a return & emailed twice for a return label & have not received it yet. I guess the convenience of emailing is not enough. I will call to hopefully obtain the needed return label.
All-in-all, I still would recommend eFaucets, hopefully this is a one time issue that will never occur again. If not for this issue, my rating would hve been 5 stars.

I ordered a valve on E faucet's website and paid with pay pal. When i went to confirm, the screen went blank. I tried again the next day and the same thing occurred. I checked my account balances over the next two days after there were no transactions. I called their 1-800 number and placed an order for the valve over the phone with a credit card. That valve arrived 2 days later and was as described on the website. I installed that valve the next day. It worked perfectly. The day after the installation 2 valves show up on my front porch delivered by UPS. When i checked my account there were 2 withdrawals from pay pal for the 2 previously ordered but not confirmed valves. I tried over the next 4 weeks to return those two valves each week calling their customer service. They sent out a return label to the wrong email address. I called and gave them the correct e-mail they said they would send another one. They did and they told me i had 3 days to set it up with all the paperwork they requested and UPS would pick it up. UPS came that day. We missed him and he left a slip on the door saying he would try to pick it up over the next two days. No more slips and no UPS man. I called customer service 3 more times trying to rectify the situation and they kept promising to send more return labels. None came. I finally filed a pay pal dispute and did receive my money back after I paid for the return shipping for the valves which either e-faucet or pay pal screwed up the order on. It is unlikely i will order from them again due to the difficult return policy, bad customer service and undependable online order system.
