Ordered pistol sights from them. Had them listed on site as $128 after order was placed they cancelled my order saying there was an inventory error. Checked again and they had the same sights listed for $198.

My name is Cameron and I purchased a trail cam from this site. Figuring that they served police population I figured that I would give it a shot. The price was 60 bucks cheaper then anywhere else. Do long story short. They pulled the money out of my cabelas credit card. I have been waiting and waiting and it got sent to the upper management. They come back and say it's fraud... How is it fraud and yet you pull money off my credit card? Got in response with a customer service agent and now I cannot get a hold of them. They stated the web store has issued with being fraud. Now I have reported a fraud report on ecopusa due to them taking money and receiving nothing for it. Theft is what that is. I will never recommend this site to anyone for anything. It is a joke.

Ordered a premium knife via Amazon and inferior item received. After Amazon requested a replacement they sent the same cheap item a 2nd time. Dealer does not respond to my complaint basically repeating the same answer regardless of questions and request, Will be reporting to BBB and state's attorney office.

I ordered something from Ecop for my fiances birthday. The order was being sent to a wrong address. I have sent them 2 messages to have it corrected before it was shipped out. I got a message back that it my issue will be sent to someone who will handle it. It was never handled and they shipped it out. So i've sent a 3rd message and called and left a message. As of now, I have a gun cleaning kit being sent to the wrong address.

Ordered a Bianchi holster for my Taurus 92AF, the one I received was for the older model gun, mine has the accessory rail underneath so it would not even begin to fit the holster. I mailed it back to eCOP with a note explaining the problem, just got an e-mail from them that they can't take it back because of ink marks on the package, I never touched the package, now I'm trying to get it back so I can sell it at a gun store and find some other holster that might fit... Buyer Beware

I submitted a return it took a while but they accepted it reason (customer error). It took a while to get my money back but they did give it to me. I did have to pay return shipping. They have a lot of rules on their return shipping policy, like the packaging cannot be damaged, their packaging was a plastic shipping bag with no padding at all, so I bought a box because of the odd size of the item they shipped me, and padded the item. After I had all the trouble with this order I looked up reviews on eCopUsa, they were mostly bad. Last DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
