Great prices, but the staff seems to have a lack of competence. I called them for an emergency (one of the pipes started to leak and quickly flooded the bathroom). The plumber had no clue how to fix it and was constantly calling someone for consultations.
I was sent a very inexperienced plumber who had no idea of the issue on hand. As the company said they give free estimates, the plumber was first supposed to say he was diagnosing which would have a cost involved. That would have been fine, had he fixed the problem! I was charged $129.00 with nothing solved and he left saying that "I feel" this could be the problem"!
Bobby the guy they sent out was good. Economy was way over priced. I should have stuck with Clarke Kent Plumbing. They should change their name to Pricey Plumbing.
They did what they said they were gonna do and for a good price. I am a general contractor and hard to find good plumbers
The whole process was very dissatisfying
The plumber comes to my house, checks the bathroom and suggests that the entire bathroom shower needs to be replaced and gives a very high price quote. After we agree on the price, he starts his work by making a big hole in the bathroom wall by breaking all the tiles around the shower handle and after 2 hours working on it he comes downstairs and tells us that he doesn't know how to fix tiles and we need to hire someone else to come and fix our broken tiles (which he broke them) and after tiles are fixed he will come and fix the handle. For the entire holiday season (Christmas 2017) our shower room was broken and not working because he just left it as half done. (he said we can use it as it is but we never felt comfortable to use it since it looked so not normal) After the new year, 2018, we called him and asked him to come to finish the work since our tile is now fixed (we spent over 250 dollars to fix our tiles), he never showed up and just kept texting I am busy and God Bless you.
I called this service to unplug the pipes in my kitchen sink.
Although very nice, the first thing the plumber said to me when he opened up the cabinet below my sink, was, "This is not legal. There is no c trap." He explained what a c trap was and I told him that when this house was built it was inspected and passed and there had been no smell. He then said that maybe the trap was built in the foundation and that most houses were built that way.
He used a snake cleared out the pipes and verified that the trap, indeed was in the foundation and all was fine. Yet, the questions I asked him regarding why the pipes got clogged from the beginning, I am not sure he gave me accurate information, so that is why I cannot rate the experience high. When he gives me misinformation and scared me as a client, that made me not feel that anything he said or did was accurate. If someone would call me who is a plumber to answer my questions or come out again to see what was done, I would appreciate that. Until then, I am hesitant to recommend this company.
