Economy Plumbing Services

I had a great experience with Economy. Our plumber was on time, polite and worked hard for 7 hours on 3 projects. One project had crumbling, unused pipes and took expertise and patience! He did exactly what we wanted, it all works perfectly and he left each project area spotless. The work matched the estimate and we will always use Economy from now on!

Economy plumbing were great, right from jump my tech was able to diagnose the problem based on my description, he went out of his way to purchase a valve which would allow him to demonstrate the problem, and then he fixed the issue. All within 3 hours!

I was sent a very inexperienced plumber who had no idea of the issue on hand. As the company said they give free estimates, the plumber was first supposed to say he was diagnosing which would have a cost involved. That would have been fine, had he fixed the problem! I was charged $129.00 with nothing solved and he left saying that "I feel" this could be the problem"!

The plumber sent to my home, on short notice, was timely, friendly, and fixed the problem. I truly appreciated their ability to quickly fix a backup problem in my kitchen, When my son visited recently, he found a problem with the shower in guest bathroom, so I will be calling them again!

Economy Plumbing was dishonest in performing the work they said they would do, and what was actually performed. Also I was told by their management latter, that their "fixed price" only applies if the problem is simple and that a new fixed price would be quoted if the problem turned out to be more complicated. Also they wanted to sign the contract on a phone, the terms and conditions was never made clear.

They were able to work me into their schedule despite being booked full, but it was certainly expensive for a non weekend simple drain unclogging. It took them literally 10 minutes or less. Had I known it would have been that much I would have purchased the tools and done it myself. But it is done now and they were very nice and very accommodating when it came to solving my clogged drain quickly.

Their service is unbelievable poor! Never ever use that company! They charge you money before they do anything, after that, they tell you they could not figure out what's the problem. Also, they would tell you to pay them immediately otherwise they would file police report for theft of service.

Worst company in the world!

The plumber was very pleasant and helpful. He fixed the leak in the kitchen faucet easily, I thought I was going to need a new faucet. He also helped tighten up a leak in the bathroom without charging extra

Excellent service. Plumber came out for a different issue, but while he says there I asked him to check out shower temperature, which he did and fixed it on the spot.

Two service personnel came out when booked and they stayed longer than anticipated on a Friday without ever a moan about it. They also had another job to do after they finished our house at 6:00 p.m.
Fair price for a great job!

As a building contractor it's important for me to work with quality tradesman that can start and complete the project in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I found this in Economy Plumbing. Shaun Wagner has proven himself and his company to be very reliable and trustworthy. I will be hiring him for all future projects.
