Ordered a $500 Enphase line filter. Part arrived but was poorly packed and damaged. Part was in a very small box and just placed in the bottom. Some packing paper was wadded up and shoved on top. The steel mounting plate was bent on 2 corners and part of the plastic wire connector was popped open. Hopefully it will work after I straighten the plate out. Very poor packaging job.
I received the order Thursday and they are what I expected and will work for what I need them for.
ordered 22, received 72, paid $25 in shipping charges for an 18lbs package that should have been about 6lbs. ecodirect responded quickly and provided an easy return label for the extra units.

Quick and simple. I am delighted with Ecodirect's service. I received my shipment earlier than expected. The person that called regarding a possible delay in the delivery was very nice. It turned out that possible delay did not occur, but it was very nice to receive the call. It was a truly pleasant experience dealing with Ecodirect.
Product looks wonderful. Page was efficient. Snow load estimater was beyond my ability. It was irritating to have to re-enter credit card information every time the system found missing information. Other than that, website is fine.

Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday according to the original email so I stayed home from work to receive it only to get a call from the shipping company around 10:30 saying it would be delivered the next day.
Shipping seems incredibly expensive and the 4 options to choose from were not well described as to what each would require on the receiving end.
Although I did make the purchase from you, I almost didn't. Your website is very careful to remove responsibility of satisfactory product and implies that you don't want to be bothered if there is a problem. Not very good business practice.

I thought I would receive a tracking number for my purchase so I emailed ecodirect. No reply. Nevertheless, package arrived within the specified time, so I am happy.
Fairly easy to navigate site. The Terms and Conditions were crazy long,...and can be changed at any time, so why do they even exist?
All the products I ordered were great. Unfortunately they did send one incorrect product but a phone call the customer service remedied that,and they sent me the correct ones within a couple of days.

Both products showed up at my house at the same time. Both products showed up earlier than expected.
Your checkout procedures need attention, I had to re-enter checkout address & CC info at least 3 times before actually getting the purchase to complete. Even after logging into my account to correct the spelling of the name , I was required to "Logout" to continue. "Login" again to continue to place the order, re-enter CC info, Name info , etc to get to the checkout location. Some review of the "Checkout " process is confusing.

Be more careful with the invoice information (my name was completely wrong for delivery) and improvements to the shipping detail. It was completely wrong and misleading and the vendor did not deliver it as arranged.
