Everyone I encountered throughout the course of my transaction was kind and accommodating. My order was handled immediately, and when I realized I needed another part shortly after ordering it was added to my original shipment. Unfortunately the part I initially received malfunctioned, but they helped me troubleshoot and ultimately secure a new part and a refund for the first one. We have very hard well water, but the aquatic filter system takes care of it. We also have the RO system and together we are extremely pleased with them.
