I made a purchase of a vape and the batteries required after this company being recommended to me. Battery not lasting 2 hours. I emailed them to let them know on October 8th. Product was purchased on October 1st. Batthery depleates as you vape, 10 draws and device is dead. I bought 4 more batteries and same thing happens. I got a response on October 12th asking did i want a refund or replacement. I said replacement on the 12th of October and needless to say I am still waiting! I emailed again on November 1st throught their facebook messenger also. I am very disappointed
I've been ordering E-Liquids and other things from them for the past 2 years and their services are really good. Great deals, fast shipping (litterally the next day if you live in ireland.) I give them a 5 star.
