Bouquet ordered was for red, white, and BLUE flowers. There was NOT A BLUE FLOWER to be seen. This was ordered because of his service to our country. The red & white flowers were beautiful, but not as ordered!
I ordered a Sympathy Flower Basket for my Brother-in law's Mother's funeral. They were never delivered. My sister in law was most saddened by this because she knew they were expensive and were ordered in plenty of time to have been sent to the funeral for the visitation and later the funeral. I checked with family and the funeral home and confirmation of non delivery caused me to request a refund. They were most apologetic and did not argue with me about the situation and promptly told me they would reimburse with a full refund. I have already received an email about this and my credit card has been credited. Not happy with the non delivery but they were quick to refund. Satisfied with the outcome.

The first order that I placed I received with the wrong information on it, and I contacted the seller and they immediately fix the problem and sent out the correct item that I purchased.

Found out too late that flowers couldn't/wouldn't be delivered to my Uncle's funeral in time, albeit the floral arrangement(s) being advertised on his obituary page/funeral website. They offered to "resend" my order to the widows home later, but, what good would that do? The flowers were meant to be at the viewing and service!

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
