For $80 the arrangement looked like a $20 Walmart arrangement. I was embarrassed when I saw it. I won't be recommending you to anyone.

Completely let down

This was not a case of "Bait and switch". The local florist assigned your order may not have had the exact flowers needed for the arrangement or the flowers they did have were not presentable (wilted), so they switched them with other flowers. Please note that when you select a date of delivery days in advance of the service the florist may contact the funeral home or church to coordinate the best date and time of delivery. Some funeral homes and churches reject flowers that are delivered for a specific service too many days in advance. In this case, the delivery date requested was 2 days in advance, and when you called Blooms Today on the day of the funeral service, your order was already on the way and was delivered before the commencement of the service. A note about this detail will be added to our flower checkout screen to inform customers within two weeks of this post.
