Beautiful flowers

I sent these long distance to a friend whose dad passed. She told me the flowers were beautiful, but somewhere in the delivery the card was misplaced. They would not have known who the flowers were from if I did not call to follow up.

Peach Tribute Garden

Never sent flowers for funeral

We agree, notifying the customer a half hour before is unacceptable, and there is a process involving the local florist that happens if this takes place. You mentioned the "service charges" weren't refunded. That is simply not true. Your complete order was refunded in the amount of $91.99. If you are referring to a foreign transaction fee, that is not charged by Echovita, therefore, we will not be refunding that charge. As stated on our website, on the final order checkout page under the "Place my order" button, "Some U.S. residents may be charged a foreign transaction fee depending on their credit card's terms and agreement." Echovita is a Canadian company, however, we are a website that serves both Canada and The United States and flower orders are processed by Blooms Today and handled by local florists within the area of delivery. If you want to be refunded for a charge applied by your credit card company, you need to contact your credit card company.

I ordered the flowers, thinking I was sending them to the funeral home. Then I realize that this obituary was connected to a third-party site,that is apparently based out of Canada. I was very disappointed when I went to find that there was a original obituary that did not show that I sent flowers or a condolences message!

You were also sent a delivery confirmation from our partner, Blooms Today, so please check your spam. Echovita is a website based out of Canada, which is clearly stated on our website, however, we are a website, which is global. All websites are based out of a certain country, but that doesn't mean they don't/can't serve other countries as well. Rest assured, your order was delivered. All of our orders are processed by Blooms Today, which is an American company, who works with local florists throughout the U.S. and Canada. This is stated on our website and your order confirmation email. Each order is prepared and delivered via a local florist. The flowers were delivered on the day of the funeral after 5 and my son's funeral was at 2;they had wilted also the funeral home has been notified. Your company was notified and noone has received any feedback from you.

Ordered them for a friend's passing, unable to deliver to that address so home address was given for floral arrangement and after 1 more day that order couldn't be delivered either (?) Why say you can if you can't?

Wonderful problem solvers!

I ordered an arrangement for an event. The large, beautiful arrangement was delivered beautifully and on time. However, the plastic liner of the basket that the arrangement was in had a leak. After the funeral, the family took the flowers home and discovered this. I contacted Echovita expressing my disappointment that the family would not be able to enjoy the flowers for long. Echovita refunded my money, even though I had not requested this and did not even expect such generous compensation.
