We agree, notifying the customer a half hour before is unacceptable, and there is a process involving the local florist that happens if this takes place. You mentioned the "service charges" weren't refunded. That is simply not true. Your complete order was refunded in the amount of $91.99. If you are referring to a foreign transaction fee, that is not charged by Echovita, therefore, we will not be refunding that charge. As stated on our website, on the final order checkout page under the "Place my order" button, "Some U.S. residents may be charged a foreign transaction fee depending on their credit card's terms and agreement." Echovita is a Canadian company, however, we are a website that serves both Canada and The United States and flower orders are processed by Blooms Today and handled by local florists within the area of delivery. If you want to be refunded for a charge applied by your credit card company, you need to contact your credit card company.

I ordered the flowers, thinking I was sending them to the funeral home. Then I realize that this obituary was connected to a third-party site,that is apparently based out of Canada. I was very disappointed when I went to find that there was a original obituary that did not show that I sent flowers or a condolences message!

The flowers were delivered on the day of the funeral after 5 and my son's funeral was at 2;they had wilted also the funeral home has been notified. Your company was notified and noone has received any feedback from you.

I ordered an arrangement for an event. The large, beautiful arrangement was delivered beautifully and on time. However, the plastic liner of the basket that the arrangement was in had a leak. After the funeral, the family took the flowers home and discovered this. I contacted Echovita expressing my disappointment that the family would not be able to enjoy the flowers for long. Echovita refunded my money, even though I had not requested this and did not even expect such generous compensation.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
