I was notified the day after my brother's funeral that they were unable to complete my order for the day of the funeral and asked for an alternate address. It was too late for flowers. Thanks did refund my money, but I only had 1 opportunity for flowers for my brother for that day and that was taken away from me.
I learned about the service just 2 days before, ordered the flowers for day of service, but got confirmation on day after service, so doubt they were delivered. It was a public space, not funeral home or church, so quite sure the family and friends would not know it was delivered. I inquired online but no response, so don't think flowers were delivered on day of service,or possibly at all?

I ordered flowers. I was given confirmation and a receipt they would be delivered. They were never delivered. I kept checking new deliveries at the funeral home, and kept asking staff to check. This has never happened to me before. I felt embarrassed and neglected.

The ordering system was very efficient & easy to use, but I couldn't go to the funeral, so I didn't see the flowers personally. It seems the system could be enhanced by having the Florists send a photo to the customer so we can see them.
So disappointed flowers were not delivered for a funeral service. Good news is I could get through to someone on the phone, rare these days. The customer reps were very nice and gave me a refund right away. They said sometimes a confirmation is sent when the flowers are picked up by the florist and not when they're delivered and they will let the florist know.

Very upset with Echovita. I placed an order 2-1/2 days in advance for flowers (and eternal candle) for a dear friend's funeral. Flowers were never delivered and did not find out until after the funeral. Too late to find another florist. I did get a full refund but will not order through Echovita in the future.

I saw the obituary 3 hours before the viewing and decided to try ordering from that site. The online ordering form required an additional 2 hours which was entirely reasonable. They actually got a beautiful arrangement delivered in that timeframe.

The arrangement was a miniature of what I ordered for $100. But worst of all….The flowers were shoved unevenly into the vase but I pulled them up and out once I saw them at the funeral home.
I've never been so upset attending a funeral. Too upset to call and complain.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
