I ordered flowers from this company by clicking on a link from the obituary for a family friend. I (erroneously) thought it was a link to a local florist. In addition to paying a large amount of money for a very small, disappointing arrangement, I was charged an international fee, as this company is out of country.
I ordered the flowers from the funeral home and paid the bill. Then you billed me and took another 7.00 from my account for some international fee. I was never told about this and I feel it was just another way to scam people out of another few bucks. I really didnt think it was fair.l
I had a special request to change the color of the ribbon from white to blue on the floral arrangement. The Customer Service Representative was very polite and courteous in fulfilling this request with the vendor.
It is a good project to plant trees in National forests, many people have planted trees in forests in the past. More publicity and bring the project to other venues, you probably do that. Good concept, thank you.
They were delivered the same day. I was disappointed they were not as full as the photo on order. The real bouquet was skimpy considering it was a total of $82.00. Exactly why I don't like sending flowers. You don't know what you'll get.
I purchased flowers through the obituary website a week ago and then the funeral service came and went and I got an email saying the flowers couldn't be delivered and to give an alternate address. That is never acceptable. Luckily my fiancé was able to attend the service and expressed condolences for us otherwise we would have not sent anything nor attended.
We're terribly sorry to hear this happened to you. Of course, this is unacceptable. The local florist had plenty of time to inform you they couldn't fulfill your order, so that you could have looked elsewhere. We've expressed your complaint to Blooms Today, and they informed us that the local florist experienced a system error and some of their orders received on May 20th did not print, so they were unaware until almost noon on May 31st, which was the day of the service. Thank you.
It was sad going to the calling hours for my friend and the flowers looked awful. The arrangement did not look like the picture on line. The picture on line had beautiful fresh flowers. None of those adjectives applied. The flowers were already starting to sag. The bouquet was full in the picture but not at the funeral home. The vase was larger than the bouquet. It was a sad day at the funeral home. I won't order again!

I got an email AFTER the funeral that "something" went wrong and they were refunding my payment. Well, it turns out that something was that the flowers weren't delivered. I believe they knew before the funeral that, for whatever reason, the flowers wouldn't be delivered and could have notified me so that I could make other arrangements. But, no, not only were they not delivered but I didn't know until it was too late to do anything. Totally unacceptable!

The customer is advised of any issue regarding their order when the local florist notifies Blooms Today. It is the local florist's responsibility to notify Blooms Today as soon as an issue arises, so they can try and contact another local florist able to fulfill the order. There would be absolutely no reason for a company to purposely wait until it is too late to notify the customer, so they couldn't make other arrangements, especially when a refund is provided.
In the shock of learning my good friend has passed away, it was easy to have flowers delivered with this service. No having to find a florist in the area etc. I found it a little pricey. Once I saw the arrangement at the funeral, I was disappointed that it was smaller than it appeared in the picture I selected on-line.
The floral arrangement never arrived at the funeral and it was too late to correct it. I did get my money back but that was not the issue. I dearly wanted flowers sent and it did not happen. Will not use this site ever again, MJ
I ordered two arrangements and chose the largest option. I was very disappointed with the size and amount of flowers. To be honest, I was embarrassed. I should have realized since the pricing was far less than the local florist that I reviewed. The blue and white vase arrangement had one blue flower versus the picture that showed multiple various blue flowers.
The spray that I chose for my elderly aunts to give to their deceased brother in law, looked like piecesof greenery where falling out of it. The flowers were pretty, however, it was no where as full as the picture. I will never order through the funeral home website again. Sorry to say.
Couldn't have been any easier. I went onto the Funeral Home website to read my friends obituary and Echovita website popped right up. Perfect timing, easy to use, reasonable pricing and many floral arrangements to choose from.
Filling out the order online was easy. However, names of senders were omitted from message.
The receipt showed the message and "The Names To Appear on Card" correctly.
However, those names DID NOT appear on the card. Therefore the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from. The recipient/funeral home needed to contact sender for information. Totally uncalled for, especially for a funeral.

Ordered flowers, paid Invoice, I was notified no one could meet the order on time, offered an alternative, I accepted, flowers delivered to my family's home a few days later, they thought the flowers were beautiful.
I lost a dear friend who lived 1,200 miles away. I was offered Echovita's sevice on her obituary page. The floral arrangements looked lovely and, unlike other on-line florists, there were no huge delivery and service fees. The price shown included all that and, considering the current economy, was reasonable. Friends who were able to attend the wake told me that what I had chosen was lovely. It arrived on time! I recommend Echovita wholeheartedly!

The website was very user friendly. They processed my flower order and delivered in a timely manner, then they notified me when the delivery was made. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
I would have liked to be able to add more flowers to the arrangement. The ones I really liked I would have gone larger. So I'm told I would have had to contact "Blooms Today" I did not realize that this website was using an out of state florist so will not be using it again and will use a local florist next time. I'm not sure how the obituary got on this site.

I did order late on Thursday and florist must have worked overtime to get the arrangement delivered to the church just prior to the funeral service. The arrangement was gorgeous. In fact, it was the most impressive floral display that I have ordered for a funeral to date.

We were very disappointed with the small arrangement for the cost o $97.00. It was so small it was placed in the center of a table with pictures around it which almost made it impossible to see. It would have been nice to have dimensional information as part of the add for your offerings.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
