We were totally shocked at the size of the peace lily that we paid almost $100 for! It looked like something in small flower pot! I would never recommend anyone using your business again! What a ripoff, you should be ashamed!

I ordered flowers for a good friend's mother's funeral. When I saw them at the funeral home I was so embarrassed at the size and arrangement of them. I spent over $100 and the description stated that is was " plants galore" with a keepable azalea pictured amongst the other various plants. I will never order from this site again. My local florist has sent larger baskets for only$60- $75 that were twice the size of this order
It was easy and I liked that they followed through with questions that came up. They needed names for the card and the family wanted our address.
Easy to order and email communication is good. It would have been great to see a picture of the flowers that were delivered. We didn't hear if they were a nice flower arrangement.

I ordered the flowers from Blooms Direct through Echovita and paid the $82.00 charge with my card. The flowers were to be delivered three days later on Tuesday, May 14th at 2 pm. On the 15th, I received a notice that they could not deliver them at that time and that my payment would be put back on my card within ten business days. Five days later I contacted Blooms Direct, whose representative said they had released the funds to Echovita and that I should receive them in five business days. It has now been 21 days and my payment has yet to be put back on my card and I have gotten no explanation or contact of any kind from Echovita. I have no intention of ever using Blooms Direct or Echovita again, and I would warn any prospective customer of theirs to think twice about doing that.

Ordered what we thought by the photo on your site a Classic Peace Lily Plant to express our sympathy. We arrived at the funeral home this afternoon and was very disappointed with the plant arrangement. It was extremely small and didn't look anything like the photo we order from on your site. Your photo made the plant look much larger and was in a good size basket. I'm not even sure there was any Peace Lily in the arrangement. We specifically purchased the Peace Lily Plant because it symbolizes serenity and expresses sympathy for a loss.

Also, when selecting a plant of flower arrangement, the dimensions of each size are indicated directly beneath the photo. That is the guideline used by the local florist when preparing the arrangement. For plants, please note that they may not yet be bloomed, depending on what is available at the local florist. We received confirmation that our order was delivered, when order had not actually been delivered. I had to make multiple phone calls and order that was finally delivered, as the service was coming to an end, wasn't even remotely close to what was ordered or pictured. Regretted not spending a little more to use a local florist.
Only reason this isn't one star is that the company refunded our money, which I appreciate. But we can't ever go back and have flowers at the funeral.

The order process was great but getting notice on the delivery date that it wasn't available was heart-stopping. The substitution was very nice, though I never received a "receipt" to show whether it cost more or less than the original.
The local florist uses the same cost as the original order when providing a substitution.
Wonderful choices, and easy to complete the process.
I saw the obituary 3 hours before the viewing and decided to try ordering from that site. The online ordering form required an additional 2 hours which was entirely reasonable. They actually got a beautiful arrangement delivered in that timeframe.

The cost of the flowers was much higher than if I had bought local. This website listed an obituary that they were not associated with. Party my fault, I should have checked more obituary sites to get the local funeral home.

It is likely you will have to present a photo of the arrangement delivered. Also, Echovita is a free obituary and memorial page platform the informs society of who has passed away. You claimed we listed an obituary we were not associated with, however, Echovita is an obituary aggregator that further shares the basic facts of publicly available obituaries. Families also post their loved one's obituary on our website for free.
The candle was checked before I asked for that. The flowers were not sent until service was over. The Bloom site showed this. The flowers were never posted on funeral home site. I order several says ahead.
We were a bit concerned about using your company, because this was our first time, but the bereaved family actually made a point of saying, how nice the flowers were and of course they were also delivered on time.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
