So the marketplace seller ships my order to wrong address, and in another state. Ignores my emails about this as does ecampus, Chat, the only option to contact isn't helpful and does not follow through. Finally able to find a phone number, after being brushed off multiple times and a kindly rep LISTENS and helps me get a refund only to find out the refund was not for full amount, after I verified the full refund amount. Requested help from supervisors never materializes, EVER despite waiting days and having "request" numbers for incidents, yet a sitejabber review gets a reply. How a company rises or falls when something goes wrong tells the true nature of a business. I can honestly say that this business does not care at all. To be offered a coupon on a future purchase in lieu of the missing refund because the "system" won't allow, or the supervisors who the chat rep was chatting with won't intervene to push the refudn through, shows how dysfunctional this company is. I fully expect to have to fight with them again about the missing refund portion and somehow it won't happen in 3-7 business days. Stonewalling is what we used to call it.
When book put in cart option for slower free ship was there, selected it, but at final checkout only option was paid shipping of $4.99 and free shipping had vanished...so the discount code for being a new customer was eaten up by shipping.
Ordered my cheap textbook, while I was waiting for it to be delivered, ecampus provided me with a digital textbook for the time being so I could still complete my work! Loved it would use this site again

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
