Dont get swindled. They will produce a fake invoice, pretend to ship your item using third party courier and demand that a large sum of money be paid before its delivered. The website is a HOAX, at least for the bulk of its vendors, always use a test order with these sketchy services, luckily that was the case. Sincere apologies to those who didn't.

I met this guy named James Bernard Wilson who says he is working for Han beauty supply on the site EC21.com,at first i felt so uncomfortable dealing with him but he was able to persuade me into buying from him which i did and i got my order successfully..

I fell for a scam and want to warn others as I am not the only one who was a victim. A person who calls himself Alex Bernal represents a company called Golden Touch Trading, Inc. They took my money and never delivered the product. They continually asked for more money for various 'reasons' and I was dumb enough to keep going. Golden Touch looks like a legit company in Hawaii yet Alex is based in Oklahoma and when I contacted the actual Golden Touch they had no idea what I was talking about. The What'sapp phone number they use is 1 *******877. Stay away! Their shipping company is also fake and the email addresses are the same for both. No phone numbers for either which is a huge red flag for a business. I'll take my loss and move on, but will never do business with them again or through EC21.

I recently my purchase from a seller on this site. Everything seemed good at first. The seller contacted me regarding Nintendo switch. I made the purchase with the seller. The seller refused to ship my item. Unless I Purchased games to go with it. The seller contacted me regarding the transactions and told me that they receive a portion of my money and did not receive the other portion. Then I was told that if I do not see any more money that my items will not be received. Seller noted that the items were shipped and we're on the way. And once the seller contacted me again and said the items will be on hold until they receive more money. The seller would not seeing proof of receiving or not receiving funds. I said still approve of funds transactions. Please be careful Concept Electronics Store is a scam

Made an account 10 days before an auction ended for a specific item worth a bit, had put 3 sets of card details in for veri and all was set. Logged in 1 hour before online auction end all ready to go. Got to 5 mins before auction end and the status on the account had changed to 'decline - not able to place bid' I tried frantic phone call but couldn't do anything!

I had got an email, 4 MINUTES before the end of the auction I was on asking me to send up further ID details! After the account had been there for 2 weeks!

Needless to say, what a joke! If they needed that why not ask for it when the account is opened, so angry

Pleased do not buy from this guy name jame Wilson he is a scammer. I order some hair dryers from him and I haven't got them yet I paid one deliver free and some other payments and he telling me in order to get my goods I have to pay another delivery fee. Please do your research on this guy before ordering from this guy. When I ordered from him he worked for island beauty supply, now he the change the name to hahns beauty supply. Pllease do not use this guy he is a scammer the first photo is the company he the change his profile to and the delivery service he used that do not exist.the second photo is the company he has supposedly been with but he is not. I called island beauty supply and they say they never heard of a James Wilson.so please do your research before ordering from him. Hopefully this can stop some one else from getting scammed

I have been trying to buy medication that normally requires a prescription in UK and I have contacted a number of 'suppliers' on EC21. I entered into correspondence with several and I would not trust any of them. Beware the supplier location flags and product source flags as they are very often untrue. It is clear that EC21 does nothing to vet those that advertise on their site who are mostly free members. Do not pay by Western Union or similar as a general rule. Insist on paying by Paypal or by transfer to a bank account and that sorts out a lot of the scammers. This website is riddled with scammers.

This place is nothing but a haven for low life scammers as far as purchasing electronics and mobile phones is concerned. There is a person/people that have access to emails sent to so called suppliers, they use the information to scam people that pay via paypal and believe me it works, paypal can attest to that. So unless your filthy rich and enjoy being scammed along with the hassle of going through disputes with paypal, stay the hell away from this site.

Yes i would stay away from this site i ordered rohypnol from 2 different companies on this site basically i have sleeping problems but long story short got stung even when they were so convincing that they were genuine they even gave me tracking numbers from other transactions and funny enough they came up as delivered on fedex where they got them i dont know so even with tracking numbers they can still be scam its very hard to pick out whose genuine or not i think ec21 should be doing more about this you want my advise stay away theres no comeback!

EC21 is wonderful b2b portal, where we got wonderful response, genuine inquiry and also good conversion ratio. Cost of this portal is also not high as Alibaba.

There lead system is also so good as direct inquiry, buying leads and mainly Data Base of Buyer.

In one line: EC21 is best b2b portal for exporters..
