I gave this place 3 stars instead of 5 is because they have great prices. But their customer service skills need to improve. I only need description but hardly heard when the sale rep introducing or instructing about pedicure spa. Anyway, they are still good for order online yourself

After finding their site I contacted ebuynails as they stated they have a price match policy. While looking for a new nail table their site had the one I was looking for at a lower price that another site. I initiated a live chat and after explaining what I wanted the online operator asked me to hold on while she checked. After 40 minutes of waiting for a reply I got a message that she would call me back. An hour later after not receiving a call I called them and explained again why I was calling, the operator then hung up on me. As you can tell by all the other 5 star reviews they all appear to be written by the same person with the same grasp, or lack thereof of the English language. Don't waste your time with this company
