After a year and many promises, I have to say that it was a waste of time and money. They don't offer any help to get any leads, unless you want to cancel the subscription, and even there, they take ages to do anything so that they can keep charging an extra month. Many colleagues agree that the positive reviews they have are fake, and I started believing that after this terrible experience. They are never accountable and try to put responsibility on something/someone else. I strongly recommend to avoid this website.

I had signed up for a 12 month contract for Easy Weddings to advertise my videography services on their directory from 23/11/22 to 23/11/23 at $99 per month.
I was unsuccessful with the advertisement so a few months back I spoke with Easy Weddings staff on the phone and requested to cancel my contract. However they informed me I had to keep paying $99 monthly until the end of the 12 months.
Without my consent my contract was rolled over for another year and I refused to keep paying. I have finally organized for my account to be cancelled on 23/1/24 after having two months rolled over that I had not asked for yet I am being charged for them.
I had assumed that after 23/11/23 my Easy Weddings account would finish, my payments would finish. I did not make the decision to renew the account for a further 12 months.
I am now expected to pay for the Months of December and January at a total of $198 which I feel this was against my wishes. Easy Weddings have informed me that they will take this $198 to debt collectors.
I wish to have this matter resolved.

Upon signing up to be an easy weddings vendor there's a few emails they send and in the second email or so right at the bottom they hide a years lock in contract. You have something silly like only 48 hours to cancel or you will be paying a whole years subscription for something you'll only get 2 or 3 enquirers through. Potentially a good avenue if your business is in a more remote area but overall feels pretty dishonest and definitely a large setback on fresh business's
Hi Hayden, we've been trying to work out which business you're from so we can work this through. It would be great if you could contact us at service@easyweddings.com.au so we can chat further. There are several places where the 12-month subscription is stated, so it would be helpful for us to understand where this might have slipped through the cracks. As you know, the wedding buying cycle generally ranges between 12 and 24 months, with different services being booked at different times. That's why it makes sense that your campaign is live for 12 months minimum to give couples a chance to book you at the right time during their planning cycle.
With no business over the past year because of covid they lock you in with 12 months and make you pay the full amount while you get zero inquiries.
As a business stay CLEAR of easy weddings unless you want to pay your money for nothing.
Hi Amber. We've been trying to chat with you since May of last year, your account manager has called 17 times. We're not sure why you declined to have even one conversation with us about your campaign. So, to call Easy Weddings a scam is simply not true. You've also given us one star on shipping and returns — we are a digital platform, we don't do shipping and returns. COVID affected the wedding industry drastically, ourselves included, and during that time, we helped thousands of wedding businesses, both financially and with moral support. We're sorry we didn't have the opportunity to work with you as we do with our other clients, but it wasn’t for a lack of trying. We wish you all the best with promoting your wedding favours to couples in the future.
I have advertised my DJ business on Easy Weddings for the past 12 years and during this time I have found all the staff to be very friendly, efficient and always willing to assist. I have had 2 websites designed and built by the web team and they are always more than willing to accomodate to my requests. Advertising on Easy weddings has helped my business grow with a steady stream of enquires that I respond to on a daily basis. A special mention to Sarah, Chelsea, Courtney, Gal, Ian, Tyler and Ven who help out with any questions that I have. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend advertising on Easy Weddings to anyone looking to grow their wedding business.

I have been supported since the day I signed up to Easy Weddings. Belinda Letts being my amazing account manager is the icing on the cake. Belinda is there for me any time I need help or advice with my Easy Weddings campaign. I get the majority of my enquiries through easy weddings and I would not be able to run my business the way I do with out them! The CRM they provide is also very user friendly and quick to use when you need, so you can keep on top of your sales leads on your phone when you are on the go as well as in the office. If you are not already advertising with EW I suggest you get on board especially if you are looking to expand! One more thing, my account manager helped me give my storefront a freshen up and within 12 hours of making the changes she suggested, I had 2 new enquiries! Not even kidding!

I've been with Easy weddings as a vendor (Celebrant) for less than a year and I have to say that Damian Coyle, my account manager, has been one of the most helpful people on my Celebrant journey.
He is only ever too happy to help with any question, no matter how insignificant it might be and anything that I might be struggling with, he just knows how to help me resolve it... Without judgement.
There is nothing that he has not been able to advise me on or help me to resolve in terms of how to put my best business foot forward on Easy Weddings.
It really feels like he is genuinely interested in me as a person and a business and genuinely wants to help.
His interest in me/my business did not just stop at 'signing me up' as can often happen.
The continued relationship has surprised and pleased me.
Damian is responsive, positive, solution based, very friendly, a real asset and 'go to' person.
I'm grateful to have him helping me.
As a result of all of this helpfulness, I am getting so many enquiries and booking quite a few weddings.
Building my profile is still a work in progress in the shifting sands of this industry but Damian is across it all and always there to 'hold my hand'.
I must add that my future daughter in law strongly advised me to join with EW a long time ago but I remained hesitant for too long.

Reluctant as I was to spend more money in my celebrant business set up, I could see that in this challenging Covid year, I needed to get my name and face out there and that just wasn't going to happen despite my lovely website and every friend telling me I was perfect for the role. Damian set up my profile using my website info and pics and the rest is history. I started getting enquiries immediately and despite lockdowns etc, in half a year I will have done 8 weddings and booked 18! I find the support fantastic, Damian always has great tips for me and a genuine interest in my success. I had been an advertiser with easy weddings for several years and although I had some enquirers couldn't seem to convert them to clients. Belinda Letts became my account manager and worked patiently with me to update my profile. The Easy Weddings team helped me to add some quality photos and tweak my listing text. I am now seeing much better results and have booked a wedding in the first few weeks of updating the storefront. I feel very privileged to have Belinda as my account manager. Answer: It's the biggest directory in Australia and has the most reviews. Plus, the calibre of suppliers is incredible. In every other directory or blog the suppliers are very specific but Easy Weddings has suppliers everywhere. I was able to find suppliers that would service my wedding in a rural area.
We're a two-sided business in that we love to help couples plan their big day, and we love to help wedding businesses grow and succeed.
We host educational events for suppliers, coaching them in marketing, sales, analytics, business skills and more, even supplying our suppliers with a wedding specific CRM.
We're also a tech company at heart, and make products for couples to help them plan their big day, effortlessly, including apps, wedding planning tools like an interactive to-do list, budget calculator and a guest list tool.
