This online ticket booking platform is so convenient and user-friendly. I booked the tickets for me and my friends of football match some days ago. It is the most trustable and protected booking system available, as well as the best performance of privacy policy.

I agree entirely with Andrew has below, I got tickets for Sevilla vs leicester city and had 2 calls from easy sports tickets firstly to confirm tickets would be delivered to the post office near seville station (they couldnt get them to our malaga hotel in time) and secondly to confirm directions there. Tickets were spot on what I ordered. But it is clearly a last minute arrangement and not sure I would risk it again.

This site is risky but can be useful and it worked really well for us. My impression is that they are selling tickets they do not have, but will try to obtain before the event and deliver them to you. Whether they can do this depends on whether they can get the tickets, and whether they can get them to you in time. Their source of supply seems to be returns - which in the case of a football match is tickets sold by the home side to, for example, season ticket holders who return them before the game. So you cannot be guaranteed that they will manage to find the tickets you have ordered, in the part of the ground you paid for, or even find you tickets at all. Even if they find them, they may not get them to you in time, for they will generally only be released shortly before the game. So I recommend not basing any travel, or making great plans which depend on the arrival of these tickets. But, if you happen to be on holiday or business in a place where a big game is on, and you can live without them arriving, they can be a useful source. Would recommend booking by credit card as you have a better chance of getting your money back if they do not deliver. I write this having just had an excellent night at Sevilla vs Leicester with tickets that were delivered to our hotel and were in the zone we asked for (though not all next to one another). So it worked for us.

I purchased 2 tickets for seville v Leicester game. When booking I got a call from a man thanking me and assuring me everthing would be fine and they wanted me to have a great experience. I did try to ring the 0203 number which came up on my phone from the airport prior to departure from UK and it would not connect so I feared the worst. In fairness they delivered to my hotel the day before the game and the tickets were genuine. They are clearly returned tickets and whilst we were seats 22 and 24 we sat together in the seville end. It is a risk and a pricey option which are reflected in the mixed reviews.

Glad to find tickets at this site but the fees are high for my budget. These will make my kids happy though.

Tickets for the Barcelona match arrived in order so there is nothing to complain about. The only negative thing is that they arrived on the same day of the match, which made me a little nervous on the previoius days.

I ordered from them tickets for Southampton v. Norwich yesterday. I got the tickets on Thursday, but this is the only thing I wish could be improved. Other than that, this service is fair and the price was fine too. I was always treated politely and pleasantly over the phone. They really did go out of their way to calm me and reassure me, and were informative and thorough about fielding the tracking number. Will book again - probably soon.

This is not our first time ordering from EasySportsTickets but after we saw there is some complaints i can say we was little bit nervous so we call the company and they said some of the complaints are coming from Competitors so we start to read and its realy look like not all of them are real reviews.
My order num is ******* we booked tickets to AC Milan game last week after we talk with the company all was fine, i can say only say some good word about them.

Read all the bad reviews and was seriously worried having spent 600 euros on three Barca vs Seville tickets for 14/09/2013. Flew my boys out to Barca with no tickets in my hand with the promise of delivery to hotel and no real plan for how I could let them down gently!
However tickets produced at check in, right block just as ordered! Face value plus 50 euros per ticket (which is pretty fair I think) best night ever!
Go for it if you have nerves of steel!

We had used them to book three tickets for the match between Madrid and Barcelona last Saturday. Had we stayed in Spain for longer, I certainly would order tickets for Spanish Cup Final as well. Very highly recommended!

The tickets for the Newcastle v Man UTD arrived on Wednesday, which is fine considering the match was the following Saturday. This is always the case: I usually got them about three days before the game's date when I booked through this site.
Other than this, it is reliable - great for booking football tickets. I am yet to find a better site.

Very easy to sort out categories for football tickets according to seating location; Also, sufficient details. On the other hand, the prices could end up being the same as other sites. The difference: from my own experience, these guys are reliable and you can always get hold of them.

I have to say this is how I check and know if a site or a service is any good: if the reps reply or call back, if they address what you are asking or saying – and how. In the case of easysportstickets.com, they even admitted that – since they deal in such huge volumes – some mistakes do happen, and sometimes people do indeed have justified grievances. In my book, that means they are transparent, fair and reliable. The tickets I booked, on more than one occasion, always arrived on time, and the seats were ALWAYS exactly what I wanted. I intend to continue booking there.
