This is a con mob. They have contacted me at least 3 times in 2 months. The first time they said they worked for Microsoft the last 2 they worked for Telstra. In each case they told me that there was a problem with my email account and it was being used by pirates for evil deeds. They get you to let them into your PC to do checks. They show you a great collection of files they say show pirate activity. This they can fix for AU$370 while you wait. This fix is forever. There is no fix they are crooks. There is an Australian office but all contacts seem to come from India judging by the operator accents.

Danger, Danger. Avoid.

They tried to sign up my 89-year old father for $400. Luckily he got confused when giving them the credit card details so the payment was declined. 3 times. Immoral. And where are they based? No mention of a city or country on their website. They suggested he get a new credit card, so they'll be back. Stay well away.
