Big shout out: don't sign up for EastMeetEast! They are pack of crooks and money fraud. You can hardly meet a real woman on their site, just a bunch of bots and outdated fake profiles. They give you nothing but automatically put you on a long-term subscription. You have to jump through rings of fire to cancel it. They deliberately make their cancellation policy very complicated, time-taking and misleading so that they can keep on stealing money from you. I regret having engaged with them because I wasted my money and now I'm having a hard time trying to cancel my subscription. $350 down the drain!
Most of the 'free' lady's profiles are fake. Especially when you are looking for above 40 years and older. None of the ladies write their full profile or the people behind don't have time to complete the fake details. So 90% of your smiles and chats never get response (less office staff to manage fake profiles). Do not waste your money on this site.
Don't waste your money guys! ALL the girl's profiles say they were active "more than 3 days ago", so basically you have no idea if any of them are active. I paid for the 3 month membership and there has been ZERO activity on there...asked for my money back, and NO RESPONSE...Total scam job!

This dating site is a scam. Bunch of scammers! Don't try putting your credit card or bank info. They just get money from my credit card without any notification or emails. I used it once and I was so dissatisfied. Don't fall for their advertisement! I'm so stupid to fall for it and I don't want to happen anyone else. Please stay away from this dating app.

Don't click on this URL. You may leak all the information on your computer. I may accidentally click on this website. Every 3 months They automatically charge my credit card with a membership of $ 83.97 for the year from 2019-2020. And I Never joined the member. When I filed a fraudulent refund with my credit card company. They sent me an e-mail. They said they have all my information, my IP credit card, and my address. So I cannot get a refund.At the moment I can be sure they stole my information.
After I paid $64 a month membership fee, and I started to have conversations with people, because I mentioned another way of my contact details to some of the members In the conversations, and the whole conversations had been deleted, and I never found those members after that. Who gave you the right to go through all the private conversations and deleted it. Ridiculous!
As many folks have mentioned, there is MORE fake profiles on here than real ones. Your money is better spent on Tinder than here... Seriously ZERO customer service. I cancelled my yearly within 30 days but they wouldn't even do it. They bury the cancellation procedures in 4 sub menu... crazy hard to find it.

I'm greatful for EME because I met THE best girl I've ever dated! She's my guardian angel, she takes such great care of me and I reciprocate. We truly enjoy eachothers company and it's like we've been together for many years.
When I was using this site I signed up for a subscription. Then immediately two girls started chatting with me, but it was really suspicious. One girl kept asking me for my phone number without answering any of my questions. And the other promoted another website before she blocked me when I called her out.
Most profiles are barely complete and the portion where you're supposed to write about yourself is usually left completely blank. If they were real users they must be pretty lazy to leave a simple page blank like that.

I have been using this site for two weeks and have interacted with many people. The price is too much in my opinion and wish it was lower. Also this needs to be an app for android! It sucks having delayed messages received on a browser.
Support team is fast and responsive, i only gave 4 stars because of the price but hopefully i can meet someone on here soon!
To be honest, Asian population except in NYC and SF are nothing compared to other ethnicities, let alone many Asians feel the need for online dating. There are about 30-50 females or so and they get a free pass while men need to pay to message them. There is no niche market here as other online dating sites can filter Asian group without sacrificing the miss opportunities to check out other groups. Stay away!

Some suggestions-Girls here seem to have a habit of not responding. There should be a indicator on their profile(visible to them and others) which shows % response rate. So we can stay away from time wasters. Some gentle nudge to them to respond (doesn't matter Yes or no). Maybe you can have button for them for simple response of yes/no/maybe. Not cool to pretend to be too cool. I know you want to make it easy for girls but men paying for service should get some response otherwise they would feel wasting time and cancel service. Thank you!

When you are not paying, the site send you constant reminders that people have visited you or expressed interest. When you do pay however, all communication stops.
This in itself is nearly bait-and-switch. More disconcertingly, however, is when you cancel, the services cancels at that point in time and forfeits the rest of your pay instead of cancelling until whatever time you have paid for runs out.
The end result is essentially people signing up for a sub, wasn't impressed but wanted to wait to see if there's any action, and highly likely forgets that they are still paying until they notice it on their card. Usually this is the subscriber's responsibility, but sending NO statements and NO communication about recurrent charges or otherwise cannot be described by any better words than scam.

Avoid this site at all cost. They secretly renew your subscription without telling you. When I dispute it with the credit card, they send the credit card company my private messages! Totally unacceptable!

I was on here for only a short time... less than a month and I met 3 men. They are good looking men. In the beginning they tried to lure you with romance but towards the end they want your money, I did not send any of them my money but I got them to confess who they really are. They used photos of other guys and posed as their own. If you are good with the internet you can do a reverse search to try to connect their stories to what you found. I met 4 guys in less than a month and all 4 are fake.

I accidentally made a mistake on my subscription by choosing the wrong one and I emailed customer service for help. They got back to me and gave me instructions on how to get a refund, and it was really helpful.
