Been years since I bought from EachBuyer bcuz I discovered I could get same items for cheaper on eBay, but when I did purchase from EachBuyer, I had zero problems with receiving my orders. My orders took a month or two to arrive, but it's the same with any Chinese company that uses economy shipping... items are coming from across the planet on a slow boat.
Send send them money and received nothing back each buyer is one of them TomTom is another one tomtop most of them from China you don't get your product I've wasted 100 even $1,000 products from China I didn't get them or they were no good at a throw them in the garbage I bought three 10 inch laptops and none of them worked if you buy from China online good luck you might receive something I didn't they owe me a small helicopter I bought August 9th each buyer

The items eventually did arrive and were ok.
Too busy - seems to be the problem rather than anything deliberate.,. There are worse about.
