Call FBI and go to www.ic3.gov to file complaint with FBI to get this site shutdown.

It's not that unusual dealing with them also aliexpress and banggood. These three companies farm out your order to venders and its up to the vendors to ship the goods. Some are fast, some are slow. Some ship from China (slow) and some ship from the US (fast) but you should know this up front as you are ordering.
