Not only am I earning money to use towards travel or gift cards... I also learn interesting facts.
Awesome love this. Earn rewards for your opinion. Starbucks, iTunes, justfab, etc well worth the time
While some surveys are not written well (i. E. contain redundancies, questions poorly constructed) most are pretty good.
Reward for approx 4.00 was to take 20 m. Took much longer for first part? And then said would send a second part to be finished 12 hours later to complete offer. Overall took near a couple of hours over 2 days very frustrating with redundant qs.
After the initial statistical info entered, the survey ends with a black screen. When I went to resume it, the message is that i already submitted it. Has been doing this for awhile
Great site with great rewards. Easy to navigate and surveys vary in subjects. I have been a member for over 5 years now and would recommend it.
I complete many surveys. I always enjoy the experience. Many different genres are discussed. The reward for completing these surveys is balanced with the effort required to complete them.
Many surveys are very similar. I get a lot of the same type of surveys. Many of the surveys are too long Need shorter surveys. You need a bigger variety of surveys.
There are too many presurvey questions. You answer questions for five minutes only to find out you don't quakify!
I cannot even log into my e rewards account and had have no reply to my messages asking them why? Think I will give up and join another survey team!
I have spent a chunk of time filling out their surveys with very little to show for it. Each time I try to redeem points for restaurant.com certificates I encounter problems. My advice, stay away from this site.
I have over $150.00 in E-Rewards money, it took me a long time, of doing surveys to earn this amount. So I filed for a reward, well that was months, and months ago and I have not gotten it. I have contacted E-Rewards numerous times, and they just give me the typical canned response we will look into it, and I never hear a thing. E-Rewards used to be good years ago, now they are just terrible! They will just waste your time doing their surveys, and you will not get anything out of it! Stay far away from these scammers!
Will terminate you for "violation of terms of service" if you start earning too many points and routinely claim rewards because it costs them money. If you ask what specific term of service you violated, they will not answer.
I used to do the surveys on a fairly regular basis. I would not always qualify, but I would know I didn't qualify after 3-4 questions and would be given a small amount (usually 25 cents). Lately when I take the surveys I will answer questions for 15-20 minutes and have even been at the end (sometimes there is a bar graph that tells you how far into the survey you are) when suddenly I will be told that they have enough people already. When I have written in it the response (which used to be same day when I had the rare problem before) now takes weeks, and the response basically blames you for something unspecified and you don't get credit. I have been doing surveys for years (I used to get Borders gift cards!) and had always found them to be professional and fair in any interaction. I would not recommend them now.
Has anyone considered a class action lawsuit? It seems to me that a lot of people have been cheated out of there reward money including me. Customer service is worthless. Complaints can be made to the BBB, FTC, & FBI.
I faithfully did the surveys at this survey site. I had earned enough points to get a $25.00 and a $10.00 gift card good at A. C. Moore. When I attempted to redeem the cards, I was told that my land-line phone number was a VOIP number and therefore this invalidated my redemption. I sent inquiries to their customer service which refused to accept my explanation and then suspended my account. A claim of investigation has not be carried out apparently and my gift cards are never to be sent to me. My other hunch is that these people just don't want to be bothered or have scammed me.
They do not credit account with points, that you spend up to 30 minutes sometimes to complete. When you contact them, they do not have the decency to respond. I would not recommend them they are operated by shysters.
On May 8,2017 I redeemed sufficient points to obtain a $50 Starbucks gift card and was given an ID number for it. Since then I have used the customer contact number on their website to ask where is it. I have yet to receive any response to my inquiries and have still not received the gift card. Of course my account has been debited the 145,000 points! Their customer service is non existent!
I agree, write a complaint through BBB (https://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/advertising-agencies-and-counselors/research-now-group-in-plano-tx-*******/reviews-and-complaints) because I, too, have had my account deactivated for no apparent reason. They state discrepancies but I would like a detailed account as to what those are! I've lost $200+ in rewards and had been a loyal member for over 10 years! What discrepancies could there be? The only thing is to take surveys and redeem for rewards.
