I ordered an 11x17 poster, they had no problem taking my money and sending my stuff. I bought an 11x17 frame as one would do and the poster doesnt fit. I measured the poster and it 11.5inch what the hell is up with that. I cant even cut it to size if I wanted bc it would cut off words in my picture and no frame fits this random size. I have sent 5 emails to contact them bc they dont give you another way and no answer back now I bet they will tell me its past the return time. This is the worst fackin site, I would love to have some remorse since were all going through a pandemic right now but when u take my money and cant even respond back I have none. Are they suffering from corona?
